the appellate authroity

I have requested many times and now again requesting the concerned
department that do not call on my mobile no. [protected] for collection
of payment, I got sms, email alerts about it.but it is not initiated
properly. I already mailed it on 2nd Feb. but after accepting my terms
of not calling on my mobile, I cancelled the request of termination
of my internet phaton but from two days I got the calls again from
collection department whose no. is [protected], He clearly blame
me that ask the appellate authority to send this thing in written to
collection department. I understand that there is communication Gap
between two departments in TATA.
Now I request if same is not done by company, then terminate my
internet connection and send the full and final payment which should
be paid by me .

this is very disgusting that collection department continued to call
me after my written mail about the calls . I am simply harrassed with
these calls of such a small issue .
Disconnect my connection with immediate effect as i m no longer bear
such calls from TATA.
I am writing these things continuously to Appellate Authority but till
date no action have been taken from department.

    Hi,

    I have a post paid tata photon internet dongle (no.[protected]). Few month ago I requested to close it since I have available internet from other sources. Without my knowledge it was disconnected temporary for 3 months only. After 3 month it got restarted and generated a bill.
    There is no point to pay that bill if I've not used this services. Now I am getting hoax calls such as a case has been filed against me for cheating this company.
    Please suggest what should do.

      I have purchased Tata Photon + USB Data Card few months back (No. [protected]) and since the last 2 months I am receiving pathetic speed issues which hardly goes above 0.2 Mbps (tested @ www.speedtest.net). Previously I was subscribing through postpaid plan [protected]@1500 and now I have converted to prepaid connection. Despite complaining every 3 days and even to [protected]@tatadocomo I am still unable to get speed even upto 2 Mbps (whilst the advertised speed is upto 3 Mbps downlink) continuously for 1 month. I have now understood that the entire company is either filled with thieves disguised as noblemen or holy robber barons. The issue is money. If they can't deliver what is advertised then they should pay the money back. It is hard for me to explain my customers whom I serve on the internet service provide by Tata Photon + device that I am helpless to solve this speed issue. I will take this to all international levels to see they pay for it having caused so much trouble.

        Dear Sir I Received Legal Notice from TATA Tele Services for Due Payment for Below connection : Tele No. [protected] A/c. No. :[protected] Legal Notice Ref. No. : LN/M17?L2/JAN/2014/680 But I Naver purchase This Connection from TATA Docomo or any other mobile service provider for this number. also in my address which notice sent me in my home is not exact address which is on my address proof. I try to contact Customer Service of TATA Docomo which provided contact detail in legal notice than got answer like don't know regarding anything and bla bla bla. Visit personal and many things.

          not refunding my security deposit

          Sir, According to the aggreement rules provided by the tata tele service limited, it has been clearly mentioned while taking a phone subscription that at any sort of time if we decide to unsubscribe the service then they will be giving a refund of Rs 1000 which was taken as a security deposit at the time of subscription . But now when we approached to the nearby main office of tata indicom, they are refusing to pay the security money....

          Several times I had given complain to Tata teleservices regarding network issue in my dongle, And after many days they had send one engineer to resolve the problem and then this engineer declare that were I stay there Tata teleservices has some network issues and declared that it’s no coverage area, this happened twice too trice time. Then I had decided to disconnect the connection. The amount was remaining of Rs 1056. Then today I got a call from someone saying that he is assistant of district advocate and we got a petition against you so we are going to file a case against you so it’s better to make a payment. I told him that I will make a payment by today afternoon, which I had made (proof attached for your reference which I got from Tvs Coco Shop No2, Silver Rock, Dairy 3 Rasta, Makarpura, Opp. Baroda Dairy ; Nr Bhavans School, Vadodara-390009) I had asked to sales girl is this bill will do then she told me that this bill will do and in few minutes you will get the massage, now in the evening again the same person called me and asked did I pay the bill I told him that I had made the payment, he asked me the bill no. for which I told him that I the bill no is not mentioned in the bill then he started to threatened me and started to ask me what I am doing and will close all my ID proofs like, driving license, voter ID etc. by hearing that my BP got high, suddenly my body started for sweating, giddiness, anxiety, chest pain and i fall down. so please I request you to interfere and let me know what can be done next, my fear I even though I haven’t use internet due to network issue and even I had paid all amount then too threatening phone calls and might create problems for my ID proofs.

            Smart PCO Deposit Refund Not Received

            I later decided to part with the services provided by TATA Teleservices as I no longer wanted to continue with this business.

            I had returned all the equipments including STD instrument Printer and battery, to Mr Hira Singh at DYERTON BIZ HUB, NEAR VERMA APARTMENTS, BELOW TALLEND, CHANDIGARH-SHIMLA BYE PASS ROAD, KHALINI, SHIMLA on 30/04/2011.

            I had applied for a CUG 149 plan of tata Docomo postpaid connection. The agent took my documents and said that he will get back to me with the sim. But after 15 Days, he called and said that he has left the work and has blocked my id and that no sim has been issued on my id. but after 3 months, Tata docomo's executives started calling me that i had bills of rs 2896/- pending to my name under a/c no[protected], when i told them that i had applied for a connection but was never issued a connection they told they will look into the matter but nothing happened. after 6 months I received a call from mumbai from an advocate and he said that Tata teleservices has filed a case against me and i should pay the bill, i told him everything but he too did not pay heed to my part.
            In september 2013 i received a notice from the lok adalat stating that Tata teleservices has filed a case against me and i should come to the proceeding. I went to the office to tata docomo in lucknow and got the call details of the said connection and i was shocked to know that the number was used by an agency of tata docomo. When i brought this to the notice of people incharge there, they did not seem to care so i went to the proceeding and put forward my part of the case that i wasn't issued a connection in the first palce and that there was no way through which i could have come to know that i was even allotted a connection and that the number was actually issued and used by the people running the agency [R.M Creations pvt ltd]. The person representing Tata Teleservices said they will rest the case. But in november 2013 I again received a call from an advocate saying that i have bills pending to my name and that Tata teleservices will move to court if i did not pay the bills. Please tell me what to do now

              No action for change of address in telephone bills.

              Dear sir; Your employee javed mulla, employee id TTML/FOS/MUM/3871, is working as a sale person in Jogeshwari area. He is selling Tata connection, billing cards, Tata photon modem, on a bogus id. Such as he is editing the name or address of the employee id card and he is doing all these on original proof. Like the person name and photo will be right but address will not be the same. He is using some one else address to this person id. And from till now your employee javed mulla have done the connection but from that mostly 70% does not paid the bill because he is doing bogus. Your company is giving him target and is doing these frod to fulfill his target and he is mentioning this to the particular customer also.So your company reputation may also affect because of him.Because I am also stuck in this.I want my money back he has taken money from me since 4 month ago and still he has not started the connection.Currently he is doing part time job also in IDEA gallery.

                Tthe tata docomo photon max is a fraud wireless internet connection. I purchased a new connection of photon max at the cost of rs 1700 for the cdma device on 28/10/2013. It was activated on 30/10/2013 and pro-rata bill of rs 72/- generated on 02/11/2013. The bill is alright but what caught my attention was that i had consumed some 1.6 gb in the three days! For checking emails?

                I continued. On 09/11/2013, i received sms that i had consumed my 3gb limit and that the speed will be reduced from 6.1 mbps to 52 kbps. Until my next bill cycle of 02/12/2013! Or i had the option of boosting my speed by buying a speed-booster pack. Meaning tata wants to knock out money from my pocket. Hey! How can i use up 3gb in some 7 days unless i download graphic, red and blue and green and black content. Tata i thought was reliable and dependable. Not so dear reader. This is the age of hypocrisy and quarrel. I called up the customer care people and they said i will have to shell out rs 1000/- for cancelling the connection before six months. Bloody hell and bloody tata photon max rape. I am stuck with a useless usb modem that opens webpages as slow as a rusted creeky shutter door of an age-old mill. I am sure i will toss that usb device into the most putrid and nauseous gutter.

                Buyer beware. Steer clear of tata photon internet devices. They are as useful as a stale fish smeared with rancid butter. Do not fall into the mellifluous advertisements of tata photon connections. You will soon repent.

                  This is Sanjeet Kumar with mobile No. [protected] (Post paid Tata Indicom). I have been using this no since last 7 years, from last 2 months I have been facing lots of problem from your representatives.

                  From last 3-4 months I do not have much use of this number so I want to PORT in some other company, because I use it only for Tata to Tata calls, I send SMS for Poratability.

                  After 2 days I have received a call from your representative who told me a plan Rs 125 (with 160local calls & unlimited Tata to Tata free call plan costing Rs 99 free for 1 year), I select that same plan.

                  But after that I have received two bills which including the cost for Tata to Tata calls & costing Rs 1030 & 1035 respectively for October & November 2013. I requested the senior department & told the same story to them but they refuse .

                  Please help me for the same.

                    Hello Sir/Madam,
                    I am facing immense trouble because Tata services. From the past 2 months i am getting calls from that there is a due to be paid for the number [protected] and Tata Customer Care people have threatened that a case will be logged in Lok Adalat. At first i was informed that there is due for 300Rs. Later we got a message for 1410Rs due. I have never used this number as far as my knowledge is concerned. If in case, then i have requested several times to send me the call register for the amount due. Customer Care have not responded to that. I have tried calling Tata Indicom Postpaid Customer Care. No one is answering the call.

                    I need the call register for the amount due and a proper explanation for the inconvenience caused. Also, what is the month and year the due must be paid. Why am I getting the due notice now?

                      This complaint is to bring to notice how pathetic and incompetent the team at TATA TTML is. I moved into a new office in Andheri West Mumbai. Before moving in I inquired about installing wireless internet service in my office. I spoke to TATA Broadband and they told me it will take 2 days post submitting documents to get the service activated. I assumed that 2 days will be a maximum of 3 days, but it has been almost 2 weeks and they have yet not activated my service in spite of all documents being in place. While making a sale they make false commitment that they can do it in 2 days, post which they simply slack of giving you a new excuse everyday - usually some technical nonsense which a layman will not understand. The guy who made the sale and his boss, both stopped taking my call or calling me for an update, for 4 days I had no clue what the hell was happening, finally when I escalated the complain by making numerous calls I started getting the response. 3 days back they told me it will be done that day itself, for three days I have cancelled all important meetings, postponed client visits and stayed in office till late night waiting for these guys to come. No luck at all. I keep asking for the Nodal officers number and the response I get is rude and they do not give me any number at all. It is so sad that as a customer I am absolutely helpless. I have a design studio where internet is most important tool, imagine running an office without internet for 2 weeks. Not just my business, but also the productivity of the office has suffered because of this. Every single person including senior level managers from TATA TTML I have spoken to has given me lame excuses like "login nahi ho raha", "15 minute mein ho jayega", "hum kuch nahi kar sakte" - some of them have even hung up the phone on me. The worse was that the apparent head or the boss of all these TATA TTML people I have dealt with - claims he is not their boss!!! (which eventually I found out from his incompetent employees is not true) None of them are willing to give you the Nodal Officer or seniors number, making you helpless and at their mercy. On the whole they have taken this whole situation lightly, made false promises, been ignorant and rude, not bothered to get the task done in time and really affected my business. I am mentioning the names of all those who I feel have been a reason for this issue - 1) Ashwin Vora (TATA TTML, Andheri) 2) Vijay Parmar (Sales person who promised 2 days) 3) Sachin Shelar (Manager who took this situation lightly and kept making false claims) 4) Rajesh Vani (Sachins boss who didnt bother getting back to me) 5) Himanshu Niraj (Sachin and Rajeshs boss, who claims he is not their boss and simply chose to ignore) I do not know how to deal with this pathetic and incompetant service, I am simply trying to put this up on all forums so that people are aware at the kind of nonsense that goes on at TATA TTML.

                        Sir, I used to be a customer of Tata Teleservices Ltd Photon mobile internet service My acc no[protected] and Del no-[protected] I made a full and final payment of Rs 2953 by cash on 18th April 2013 after which the service was discontinued. But after 5 months the advocate of the firm has send a notice to pay an additional Rs 2515 within 7 days or face legal action. I contacted the given link Mr Sanjay Kumar cell no [protected] but for no response. I request immediate action in order to save me from harassment.

                          Please help me out on this.

                          Getting excessive billing from 9 months.
                          First I complained this to Tata Customer care about 9 months before. They simply refused to admit their excessive bill. Then I went into details & they accepted their fault n gave me goodwill.
                          Then I requested for my service cancellation.
                          Then received call from Tata Customer care, retention (Ahmedabad). They offered me one scheme, if I wish to continue their service, I won't get any bills (monthly rental) for next six months & also ill get 512 mb free data usage per month during these six months. I was convinced & continued my number's service. But still I received continuous bills. I never even used my photon during those months. Many times I complained customer care for this but they simply refused to accept that they gave me any such scheme. Now I was sure to cancel this Fraud Tata photon number. Then I asked customer care to check my call recordings (recorded by customer care) so that they could check their own commitments. Then after some days they checked & accepted their mistake and cancelled my bill amount. But during this 1 more bill was generated & I got that bill in next bill cycle. This time I was seriously irritated by these Tata people.
                          (During this while time I never used a single kb/mb also)
                          I complained once again in Tata office (Sakar, Vapi) Also I gave my written application for number/service cancellation. But office people refused to accept my application as my bill amount was outstanding. Then I called customer care & I asked for goodwill. She promised me to give me a goodwill of Rs. 500 that was supposed to be deducted from my account in 7 days. 20 days passed & I got another bill. No goodwill was given to me. Bill amount was doubled. I again complained to customer care on 16th march 2013.
                          This time the guy on call accepted to give me goodwill of Rs. 500. But I told him that Because of their company's mistake & delay, my one more bill got generated. And then he's giving me Rs. 500 goodwill. So what's the point of giving me that goodwill. That same amount has been generated in my another bill. Even I haven't used any single kb. So I asked him to cancel my another bill also & close my account. He said ok. But then he gave me only Rs. 455 goodwill & my account was not closed & I got I more bill.
                          Then I again complained.

                          I explained customer care executive each & everything. He took my request. Also took my cancellation request. I asked him to cancel my all outstanding amount. He said me that he'd check my account & if I haven't used any data mb then I wont be charged & my amount will be cancelled. I also told him to check all my call recordings for his reference. He checked & called me after 2-3 days. He said as I haven't used any data so my total bill will be cancelled & my billing will be stopped within 7 working days & number will be deactivated within 15 days. I was happy this time that my Tata service/account is finally going to get closed.
                          But still I got another bill. No amount was deducted. This time I was working in Maharashtra so was unaware of the bills. Then suddenly on 9th September 2013 I got a call from Miss. Shweta. (From Patiala court house) She Told me that by that day evening I dont pay my bill then a case would be filed against me & I would b fined Rs. 17,500. I was shocked & frustrated. I was mentally tortured by Tata.
                          I again called customer care & complained about this.

                          On 13th September 2013 I got a call from Tata customer care regarding my complaint. I argued with him for abt 50 mins. When I went into details I came to know that with regarding my cancellation request, that was placed on 16th june 2013, my billing was supposed to be stopped on 23rd of june. N service to be cancelled by 30th of june 2013. But my billing was stopped on 12th of August & service was cancelled even after then. Means, I was billed excessed. He accepted their mistake n deducted 200 from 1397 bill. This is all about Tata service. Full of Fraud billing. Sitting there to eat customers hard earned money.

                          Still my case isn't resolved. I am totally fed up with Tata photon service n their team. I am getting mentally disturbed. My valuable time is being wasted. Please help me in this.

                            To my knowledge because of some issue the tata docomo post paid service is been discontinue in west bengal circle. I am the customer of tata photon plus service for last 1.5 years and from the last 1.5 months in spite of getting tata photon plus service I am getting whiz in-spite of recharging with plus package of Rs. 850. On calling the customer service they are saying that they have no such idea. This is cheating please update the availability region of the plus service.

                              I recharge Rs 95 on 14/03/2013 Data Balance is credited to my account 4.5 GB I use finely and core balance is not deducted. Again I recharge on 21/04/2013, 22/05/2013, 22/07/2013 with same plan and core balance is not deducted. But, I will recharge on 25/08/2013 on 9:50 am I use internet and when I call my friend. Call is ended with in 4 sec. I try next time same result. Now I will check my balance. I shocked my balance is 0.00. Before, I use internet my balance is Rs. 83.94. Now I recharge with Rs. 100 from Pay TM online recharge website message is receive but Core Balance is 0.00. I don’t understand what is problem. I will again recharge of Rs. 50 from Tata Docomo online Recharge option message I receive bit core balance is 0.00. I don’t understand what is problem. I will chat with Service Provider Representative he tell me your core balance is (minus) -1277.46. Also he is telling me plan of Rs. 95 is not applicable for your number. And you use EVOD internet service so your balance is going minus. But I tell you when I recharge with Rs. 95 from Pay TM online recharge and message from Docomo “Hi! STV recharge successfully. MRP: Rs. 95 Validity: 30 days. 4.5 GB Data. Tranc ID: [protected]”. I check my Data Balance using DP BAL to 12524. And receive sms from your site “Dear Customer, your Data usage remaining till date is 4608 MB”. After I stop internet at 1:00 PM I check my data Balance using DP BAL to 12524. And receive sms from your site “Dear Customer, your Data usage remaining till date is 3962.265625 MB”. It means I use internet between 25/08/2013 10:00 AM and 25/08/2013 1:00 PM 645.734375. Now I tell you another thing my balance between 80 to 85 before I recharge Rs. 95. When your representative telling me your balance is -1277.46. It means I use Rs. 1277.46 + 100 (recharge of Rs 100) + 41.5 (Recharge of Rs 50) + 83.94 (before I activate Internet) = RS. 1502.90 EVOD internet. So I tell you how can it possible not only data balance is deducted but also balance deducted from core balance. How can it possible. I don’t understand both balance is deducted.

                                Dear Sir, This is in reference to the letter sent to me by Tata Teleservices Limited, A Block, Silicon Terraces, 30/1, Hosur Main Road, Koramagala, Bangalore- 560095 you via SA Associates with reference to the outstanding payment. To provide you the background, I had taken the Tata Docomo mobile connection on 23/02/2013 for which initially I had paid Rs 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only). I have been told that this amount will be adjusted for three month (100/- per month). I have experience problem from the day 1 I have paid the money for connection. To take the connection, it took more than one week, where as other service providers provide connections within one or two days. While taking the connection, I had opted for Tariff 199 monthly plan and 2G internet Rs 50/- per month with a option 2GB free download per month. After getting the connection, within 2 days, I have received SMS on 25/02/2013 that my unbilled amount is Rs 836.98 (Eight hundred and thirty six and ninety eight paise only) and has crossed the credit limit of Rs 300. I received one more sms on 26/02/2013, the usage is 1008.24 and immediately my outgoing was barred. Later, I received a bill for paying an amount of 1344/-. I have followed up with the TATA Docomo since then, and no one able to solve this issue till today. I checked with the TATA Docomo customer care and found that my internet service is not activated. Later I was followed up by the customer care who where forcing me to make the payment without providing the explanation which I requested for several times. I had also forwarded the details of queries to the specified e-mail ssbcommunication.[protected]@gmail.com. I was also asked that "As per your mail and dispute in the billing as you mention, After rework on the bill you as to make the payment of 338/- for the same, Kindly make the payment and close the acct number". When I asked for explanation why I should pay amount, I was again tortured by the customer care several times. I would also like to inform you that most of your customer care personnel have misbehaved over the phone in a unprofessional manner while I wanted to provide explanation While checking my account I could see that I have been charged for internet Rs.1037.85 (One thousand thirty seven and eighty five paise only) for 101.35 MB usage. When I have opted for 2GB free download per month option, how I have been charged for 101 MB (I have attached the screen shot for your reference)? This is unacceptable…!!! I could clearly see lack of transperency with the organisation which did not want to solve the problem in a amicable manner. I have attached the copy of the letter with the screen shot from my account with respect to usage for your reference. The letter from SA Associates, has further created mental turmoil to me. I have received a notice saying that I need to make the payment immediately along with legal charges of Rs 500/-. I would request you to provide justice to me at the earliest and help to come out of this mental torture. Thanks for understanding Regards manohar
