Tata Teleservices Limited — Smart PCO Deposit Refund Not Received

I was SMART PCO operator for close to 2 years.

I later decided to part with the services provided by TATA Teleservices as I no longer wanted to continue with this business.

I had returned all the equipments including STD instrument Printer and battery, to Mr Hira Singh at DYERTON BIZ HUB, NEAR VERMA APARTMENTS, BELOW TALLEND, CHANDIGARH-SHIMLA BYE PASS ROAD, KHALINI, SHIMLA on 30/04/2011.

However, I haven't received the refundable deposit of Rs 4000 from Tata Teleservices till date.
