Tata Teleservices — Long delay in providing wired broadband connection

I has been more than 2 months that i made payment for new internet connection. It is deeply regretted that there has been no progress in providing new internet connection so far, in spite of promising resolution of my complaint no.[protected] and making several phone calls.

I request you to kindly refund my advance payment of rs. 6870/- without further delay.
