Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. — Unable to provide the name of our account manager for over a month | |||
We are using a PRI Line[protected] from Tata Teleservices in Mumbai. Surprisingly, there is no one person to whom we can speak as we have not been provided with the details of our account manager. Each time you write to customer care, they come back with an apologetic mail, sating that they are working on this and will come back shortly. this is happening for more than a month now. When I told them that I will only pay the bill once we get to speak with our account manager or any single point of contact, they diactivated our line. A company like a TATA doing this is very surprising. Extremely disappointed with this kind of service and behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||
