I have been trying to generate UPC code to port out of Tata Docomo after shifting to Hyderabad as here they have only 2G connectivity and I incur roaming charges being in the same network and I require mobile data for my day to day movement here. Every time I send a request for UPC generation, the balance gets deducted and I get a regret message for inconvenience and try again later. Whenever i try, it is unsuccessful.
