Tata Teleservices — Not Getting Speed on my Tata Docomo Photon Max Wifi Data Card no-[protected]

I am using Tata Docomo Photon Max Wifi Data Card no-[protected] but right now i am in Noida Sector 93 and i am not getting speed and i have complained to customer care but then also they are not able to fix it and i could get proper speed. Now i am asking them to refund my money because of not getting proper speed they are not even taking my complain now.
