Hello,
I was a loyal customer of your company since last 7-8 year and my number is [protected]. When i bought this sim along with brand new handset the distributor of your company assured me that my call charge will be rs1/10minutes (Pay per call) lifetime. But to my surprise suddenly from 12/06/2017 at around 19:15pm (Even in the morning of 12/06/2017 you deducted as per my plan i. E. Rs 1/10min) you started deducting rs2/min (Rs 20/10min from rs 1/10min). So you have increased my call rate 1900% (!!!). Now when i contacted customer care via email and call vide complaint no – pbr12452616 their reply is same old clichéd – “sir company has changed its policy, we can’t do anything about it.” now i have some questions regarding this –
Q1. How my plan changed as during sell you promised lifetime validity of my plan? Someone in your company said this plan was for 10 years, okay but still my 10years has not completed. So how and why you have changed my plan?
Q2. For my reduced call rate benefit rs 1 was used to be deducted from my main account every day that means your reduced call rate plan is not free but i have to pay rs 1/daily or rs 365/year to avail the benefit. To my surprise though you have withdrawn all my benefits still you are charging this rs 1/day. Why? What kind of hypocrisy this is? Once you are saying you have changed my plan again you are charging for my old plan?
Q3. Your customer care executive had advised me to apply some new plan for reduced call rate but nothing is available for my number when i am trying from your site? What is this?
Q4. Rs 22 and rs 18 has wrongly been deducted from my account on 12/06/2017 21:41:25 and 13/06/2017 19:28:04 for a 633sec and 521sec call respectively, and for that rs 3 and rs 2 should have been deducted. So i request you to return my balance.
Q5. I bought a brand new handset for your uim which is cdma in nature so can’t be used with other sim and i just recharged my number on 07.06.2017 and you changed my plan on 12.06.2017. Why have you not informed me early? In that case i would not have invested for this third class company and recharged this number. This shows your greedy and lackadaisical attitude. What you could do is to just communicate properly and give a proper timeline to end this offer that should be a nice, trustworthy company’s behaviour towards its long-time customer. But now i realise you are neither nice nor trustworthy.

i have contact docomo customer care number 121 due to my mobile billing issue for so many times but still not clear the issue and not satisfied for customer care officer answers pls check and do the needful..
