I would like reiterate my complaints regarding both tata docomo landline and broadband connection.
Both the connections were taken by same authorised person from tata. Mr. Mobin khan and mr. Chachara.
1. They have issued me faulty landline handset and i have paid bills for many months without usage.[protected]. I have paid rs. 2500 as handset charges and now they wanted me to purchase a new handset. It was then agreed by other members from the company that they have issued me faulty handset. Also, then i have received a mail saying that i have agreed to install used handset. This is the heights o[censored]nprofessional service.
2. Same is the case with broadband, my phone internet was of more speed than the broadband, time and again i have informed them that i will proper service then only i will pay bills.
I understand both the services are handled by different companies of the same tata group and also the service standards for both the companies are pathetic. Instead of solving my issues they have tried to sell me new connections with flashy plans. For me both the services are being provided by same parent group and hence i require solutions to both services.
With this mail i am again complaining that you as service provider need to provide me complete solutions. I am very disappointed with the services. I am ready to pay bills provided
1. The broadband network is reinstalled and shown me service and network for atleast 24 hours
2. My landline starts to rework
