Tata Teleservices — unable to do pf withdrawal

I leave tata tele service ltd on dec 2017.
I have pf a/c no. Ap/hy/ 32831/47287.
I don't have uan no. Also the mobile no. Linked with this no. Was disconnected because that was company no.
I have called pf hyderabad office, but they said this is not valid pf no.
Plz help me for withdrawing my pf amount.
