I have taken a new tata docomo post paid mobile connection(mob no- [protected]) from chandigarh at punjab state after giving all proofs on 4 th dec 15. On 12 dec the connection got block due to negative verification though i am staying in the same address given in the customer form. Despite several approach to tata docomo store at sector-32, they could not solve the issue. Due to non activation of connection, i have immense loss both financially and socially. I do not know what to do. And presently my no is blocked .Also i got the bill sent by tata docomo of this month. I dont understand the issue. Probably my name is causing the problem.
