Hi team,

This is to bring to your notice that i placed an order for 40 inch panasonic smart led tv on october 1, 2016. the same was delivered to me on october 5, 2016 and then i initiated the return request for this order #[protected] citing product packaging and late delivery issue.

Till yesterday, nobody from the company and your approved product collection team came to take this order back from me. i even logged in a complaint (# [protected]) a week back, to get this order picked up as immediate as possible. however, despite the compliant, nobody contacted me to pick up this order.

Today, when the return request is about to expire, i got a reply from [protected]@tatacliq.com that the reason behind returning the product is not acceptable. there was a lot of delay from your company's side in reaching the final conclusion. if you were not in a position to take return request, then you should have told me this on the first instance. i actually made 15-20 calls at the customer care number and everytime customer care executives told me that the delay in picking up this product is happening due to unavailability of courier team due to the high volume of orders on festival season.

If return request was not accepted, then your team should have informed me right on the first call rather than telling me everytime to wait for 24-36 hours so that they can arrange a pick up of this order.

I also sent an email on october 25th, 2016 at [protected]@tatacliq.com, in which i clearly stated that the product packaging and late delivery to be the reason for the return of this order. now, i understand that late delivery reason can't be entertained since the order reached before eta. however, i would like to state here that product packaging was not in a good condition to accept this order.

The team which delivered this order to me, i asked them to take it back and they told me that the other team would come to pick this order up.

I am attaching the pictures of damaged packaging for your reference and i would like to urge you to kindly get this product picked up or else let me know if you would want me to send this back to you.
Hence, i would urge you to kindly get this product picked up as earliest as possible. it's already been a month now, since i logged a return request of this order.

I request the higher authorities to intervene in this matter and get the product picked up from my place as earliest as possible.
