IFB(Well reputed Appliance Brand) and TATA(India's largest and reputed company) selling faulty and damage product to the Indian customers by online site TATACLIQ We have order ifb dryer and it’s order no:[protected]Date: 22/07/2018), the delivered product is damaged and it was noticed during ifb technician came to installation. Tatacliq supplied product has broken drum and damaged from bottom side, , ifb technician has given ticket no/report no of your damage product and it is [protected] (Name: mr. Noman kadri) i have also attached pictures of the damage product as per your customer care has guided. We have also requested online for return and refund and it was schedul on1st aug after 10 days tatacliq customer support person answer that we have escalated the issue (They have told each and every time when we call) Was this information helpful? | |||||
