I have purchased a refrigerator with complaint reference # ticket no. [protected] regarding haier 258l 3 star (2019) frost free double door refrigerator (Black brushline, hrf-2783bks-e). It was delivered on 09th june 2020 (Evening) with 2 star and on 10th i have registered the complaint till today there is no resolution provided. I want to return the product and asked to refund my money back to the same account. I have given enough time to replace but there team nor bothered to respond and nor reverted to me on time, so i need to return and refund the amount immediately without any further delay since already i have wasted 12 days in waiting for response even after sending reminder emails and calling your customer care number on a daily basis. I was calling customer care on daily to check and to know the status everyday they say the team is working today end of the day you will get a call back sir. This is the standard reply from the customer care even i spoke to 2 supervisor who also says the same thing just to end the call. I am very much frustrated because of this also the fridge is usable on day to day basis. Where i have received wrong and can't use also.
