Tatacliq — installation delay after delivery

Beware from tatacliq. I order a 1 ton split ac on 4 june, 18. It reached on 8th june in my city but bluedart deliver it on 12th june. Bluedart is just 3 to 4 km away from my house still they deliver in 4 days from their office to my home. On 12th june i make a call to tatacliq for installation if ac. Tatacliq representative told to me that it will take 24 to 48 hrs to install after delivery. Today is 17th june but there are no any symbol to install the ac from tatacliq or brand. I called tatacliq many times but they lodge a complaint and give me 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the complaint. I think their 24 and 48 hrs will not be complet in one year. Tatacliq customer service representative are not well trained and they can't do anything. It was my first and last order on tatacliq. My experience says that don't buy anything from tatacliq. Their service is pathetic and horrible.
