Tatacliq — Non receipt of ordered product | |||||
I have paid Rs 1368 towards purchase of Prestige Electric Kettle on 26th October 2020 at about 10.50PM. Immediately I received SMS from bank on 26th October at 22.56.08 showing debit of Rs 1368 and also received whatsapp message from Tatacliq on 26th October at 10.56 PM that order is booked vide order No.[protected]. Tentative date of delivery was 2nd Nov. When I received SMS from Tatacliq that payment is not received, I personally got print out of passbook entries and debit of Rs 1368 was correctly appearing in pass book too. I am attaching herewith screenshots/ photo showing confirmation of payment through bank and your confirmation for booking the order. Sir, now I request you to please verify for payment at your end, as my bank has confirmed debit to Tatacliq. Above attachments will make the things clear.
