Tatacliq — ordered 2 acs but no any status of order and no any response from customer care

I ordered 2ACs on 10 May @ Rs.40, 044 & Rs.39, 941 from www.tatacliq.com. Order no#[protected] & #[protected] Both orders are confirmed and Tatacliq committed that both order will be deliver on 13th to 15th May & received sms that my orders are shipped by GATI AWB #[protected] & #[protected] which are showing wrong & invalid on GATI from last 6 days.
Also I'm calling to tatacliq care 4, 5 times in a day and till date I called more than 20 times but all times they are telling me to wait for 24 hours as well as my 1st call to tatacliq on 12.05.2018 but still they are giving me same commitment.
I sent e-mail on [protected]@tatacliq.com and got reply that they will respond me within 24 hours, I sent reminder on yesterday but still waiting for their reply from 2 days. Also note, I complained about this company on consumerhelpline.com against tatacliq before few days ago and they gave me 5000 tatacliq points. I think Due to this reason tatacliq stopped my orders and mentally harassment me and not dispatching my order. Also I told to cancel my order because nobody will be available at my home from Friday to 15 days, so there is no meaning of this order but they are not cancelling order and telling me that they cannot cancel because it is shipped whereas both orders are not handed over to GATI yet. they noted my this statement but nobody took any action about it and giving me wrong promises. That means if my order status is SHIPPED and not dispatch from seller for 20, 25 days, I cannot cancel my order and I have to wait until status update. Also they are telling me all times that supervisor will call me within 2, 4 hours but till date no any call received from their side. I request you to please help me for my order and take necessary action against this company as they are harass me again and they are making customer foolish and giving customer wrong promises. I really very depressed about this problem and no any status of my Rs.80, 000.
Also note, one of their superior name Meena/Meera who told me that she will take care about my order and from last 5 days she is not receiving my call. I called from another number then she just telling me that she will call me back after 15 minutes and after she blocked me and not responding me. I have all her message and call details.
Please help me and take necessary action against this fraud company.

Hi,
Same thing happing with me. They are not delivering my order and also not giving me delivery date. What is your current order status . Have you received your order?
Please reply . I am going register complaint in consumer court against Tata cliq.
