Tatacliq — Refund not yet received on cancelled product | |||
I ordered philips qt4011/15 trimmer costs for 1715 rupees. Because of out of stock tatacliq cancelled the order and they mentioned that refund successful in the tatacliq app. But till now i didn't receive any refund from them. Felt like got cheated. Kindly look into this issue. Note : tried to contact customer care and also tried raising help or issues in the tatacliq app... No response from them.
