Tatacliq — refusing to give back my money | |||||
I ordered for a pair of shoes from tatacliq. But when i got the pair, i realized that the size was wrong. So i asked for a return. Accordingly a return request was set and a person from shadowfax came to pick up the shoes. However, when i got the shoes, there was no invoice in the box. I didn’t think much of this and ignored it. But the pick up guy needed the invoice, without which he could not take the shoes. He told me to get the invoice and send a return request again. So i did this, but this time no one came to pick up the shoes. So i called tatacliq (This was my 9th or 10th call) to ask them what was going on. They said they were looking into the matter and would get back to me. Few days later, i get a call from them and mentioned that the shoes cannot be taken back as they failed the quality test and because of this, i would not get my money back. This was really ridiculous because i didn’t even wear the shoes. They said the logistic person said that the shoes quality was bad. However i called the pick up guy to find out exactly what he said and he mentioned that he only said the invoice was not there. I then called tatacliq again to tell them this, but till now they have not given back my money. This has been going on for nearly two weeks!!
