I booked a 9 seater Tampo traveler on 8th June two day before my trip. around 8-9 before my journey they (Soniya) called me and informed that they dont have requested 9 seater Tampo traveler available and they offer me 12 seater tampo traveler with additional cost of 10 K. which was exceeding my budget and even we didnt require additional seating capacity hence I requested them to cancel my reservation.
As per suggestion by them (Soniya) I sent cancellation request at [protected]@gmail.com and they ensured that the amount will be refund within 21 days of your cancellation.
I waited for 21 days but they even not acknowledged my email and even stopped responding to my calls. When I visited there office today, I came to know they have left office from that location and there are 100's o[censored]sers like me visit this office on daily basis.
This is a big scam, please do the needful.
