I am Parineeta Binani... from past 8 yrs I have been taking a cab from New Alipore to Maniktala Main Road and my fare comes around 335/-.
Today I took a cab from Constatntia Bldg Rowdon St. ti Maniktala Main Rd...He asked for extra 30/- above the meter & 25%extra for a.c...I said k...but the meter was running very high...whereas in d normal taxi...every .2km the price increases 1.20/- ...and in this cab it was increasing 3/- ...when I said the driver...he started shooting that u dnt knw...u r talking long back...bla bla bla...the meter showed 245/- ..and with extras...the total amount came to 335/- ...the fare from New Alipore to Maniktala
I request you to kindly look.into d matter and take necessary actions...his license should be canceled.
