Taxi — Meter tampering and making it run fast

I am ankit shah. Since last 2 years i catch the cab from forjett street to tardeo ac market and i pay 25 to max 27 rupees daily. Infact i carry tht much change with me to avoid wastage of time. Today i caught the cab numbered mh02bq7164 from the same place till tardeo ac market and the cab driver asked me to pay 47 rupees as showed in the meter . It was in the morning at 9.05 and we just faced 1 signal near tardeo police station. I argued with him for the same but he started abusing and started to get physical. We are from well educated family and avoid such nuisance in public on the road. So i had to forcefully pay him off. I request you to please take strict action in this matter on the cab driver and penalise him for his tampered meter after checking it. This is absolutely wrong n a type of burglary to loot innocent people .
