Taxi — Reckless Driving

I was riding my vehicle near BMH hospital and the taxi no. KA 09 D 3386 fellow almost dashed my vehicle. I don't know how this fellow got his licence. I think some serious action has to be taken against him or else i am sure he will kill someone due to his reckless Driving. I request to take the matter seriously and question the driver.
