[Resolved] Tci Xps — Delaying delivery and placing false statuses | |
With respect to the docket number[protected], the consignment was held in Ambala for 4-5 days and now it's been held in the destination for 3 days and just because I am calling their customer support, they have placed a false status that the consignment has been detained by authorities, though there is not even a miniscule reason for them to do it. It has invoice with all tax paid. It's a just a way to cover their own faults. All other deliveries from other companies - Amazon, Ekart, Bluedart, Delhivery are made in time, even during this Corona crisis. This company is way below any service standards.
