I have received my test link for the freshers recruitment but still didn't get any Registeration ID and password.Can u please look into the problem and find alternative solution?

Registered for Tech Mahindra Ltd-Off campus drive I have already received the mail regarding the registration ID and PIN but i didn't receive my assessment link .I have attached my Registration details mail screenshot .Kindly do check and do the needful .I am waiting for your response. I got a mail i which it was said that a test has been scheduled for me. I go through the link to give my test and then found that it is asking for registration ID. But I haven't got any ID till now except the mail in which a test is scheduled.

As I have entered my mail ID as the registration ID during the online test attended on 4th April 2021. It do affect my recruitment process. There will be no problem in the recruitment process or not.So kindly please see to it sir/mam .Other than the registration ID all the details I have furnished is correct .By mistake instead of registration ID I entered my mail id..
