I attended interview at GAT ,Bangalore on 6th march,2010 and cleared all the rounds.And I made a sign on the HR form as interested for the terms and conditions.
At that time Hr person told me you will be getting the offer letter within 3 weeks.But I did not get any offer letter till date.

Please send me reply about when will i get the offer letter.

I am an ex employee of Tech Mahindra Ltd, and I submitted my PF withdrawal request through Tech Mahindra's HR in September 2009. It has been 6 months but I have not receives the refund. I contacted HR again and they said from their side it has been processed on September 2009. They gave me pf office no[protected]/51 and I tried these no several times but either it is busy or no one pick it up. I checked the website www.epfopune.gov.in but it's status is not updated and it is showing details from year 2008.

My PF no is MH/PUN/34224/21539

Please look into it and tell me when I would be getting PF refund.

Today on 21st Feb, 2010 there was a mass walkin at Tech Mahindra, Sharda Center Pune.

I also got the call letter for the walkin in which it was only asked to bring some documets as below:
1. Hard copy of the invitation Mail. (Entry strictly prohibited without the print out of this mail)
2. Hard copy of Resume
3. Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and 12th
4. Mark Sheets (All Semester) and Degree certificates of Graduation and Post Graduation
5. Passport or Receipt of Pa ss port application
6. Photo ID Proof
7. 3 Photographs

But no where it was mentioned to bring the original or photocopy. Hence, I went to the place on the scheduled time with photocopies of all the above mentioned documents and photograph.

But it was really upsetting at the venue when in one of the queue I was standing they asked for the originals and rejected us from attending the process whereas in the other queue they allowed candidates without verifying the originals.

Now, I don't understand that a company which follows so methodical process which is even certified for various standards is doing such discrimination to its potential employees.

Also, I came to Pune from Ahmednagar so I didnt had any option but turn around.

So I would request this forum to raise this issue and let the HR Team of Tech Mahindra know about this.

My brother got a job in Tech Mahindra for IT dept. and also signed his offer letter for 28th dec 2009 in Mumbai for office in Pune. Accordingly resigned his previous job with one month notice. When they were abt to join on the joining date they were informedd that as per the clause in offer letter the date will be extended.Its almost two months they dont have courtesy to call inform the joining date. Last 2 months he is without salary. Parents are in trauma.Never expected this from such a so called big company.
Are they interested in this candidates or they just cheating.

Require an urgent reply for the same...

Hi, I am facing network issue since the last 8 months. I have contacted the customer care and filed a complaint many times regarding the same but nothing has happened till now. I am completely fed up with the services of Airtel. I am using this postpaid connection since the last 3.5 years but since the day I have changes my residence, I am facing this issue. Everytime I contact the Customer care, they provide me a new time period for getting this resolved but nothing happens after that. My mob no is [protected].
I have also told them that, I can't receive calls when am at home because of the network issue but they dont understand this simple thing and everytime I received an email saying we tried to contact you.
They don't understand this simple thing that, if I am facing a network issue then how would I get a call.

I, shakuntala took ICICI credit card in the year 2008.

ICICI customer care folks called me up and asked for medical insurance premium through ICICI Credit card.

Initially I was ready but on the next day I called up ICICI Customer care folks and requested to cancel the medical insurance premium.

Not only this in order to get rid of this I cancelled my credit card so that if its cancelled medical insurance premium will also get cancelled.



My credit card was cancelled but my medical insurance premium was not cancelled.

After few months they called me up and started asking for the payment that was taken from my credit card for medical insurance premium.

I told ICICI customer care I cant pay since I have already cancelled.

But they insisted me to pay and I asked if I pay whether my credit card will be activated.

They told my credit card will be activated.



I paid the due amount for the year 2008 in the year 2009.



Once payment is done I asked ICICI customer care to renew my credit card.

They told its not possible. After paying the entire due by cash they are still charged money on my cancelled credit card 4477 XXXX XXXX 7009.

And the same they are doing for the year 2009.

I just want to know if my credit card is cancelled, if its deactivated or disabled how could they charge money on my credit card.

I want justice for all those deeds done by ICICI customer care folks.

Today again I received one mail stating that the amount outstanding on your Credit Card 4477XXXXXXXX7009 is Rs. 5445. The details of the amount outstanding on your credit card have been submitted to the Credit Information Bureau of India Ltd (CIBIL) from ICICI Bank

Kindly help me to settle down all these issues. Hope customer satisfaction would be there.

RESPECTED SIR,
MYSELF,K.UDAY KIRAN FROM HYDERABAD WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SATYAM(NOW CALLED AS TECH MAHINDRA SATYAM) FOR NOT OFFERING MY JOINING DATE SO FAR.

ACCORDING TO NASSCOM ,EVERY LISTED COMPANY (APPROVED BY INDIAN GOVT) SHOULD GIVE OFFER TO ALL THE RECRUITED STUDENTS OF 2008 PASSOUTS BY JAN '10.

BUT EVEN NOW WHEN WE ARE CALLING THE COMPANY AND ASKING FOR OUR JOINING THEY ARE NOT EVEN RESPONDING PROPERLY.

REASONS FOR COMPLAINING

1) I THOUGHT OF GOING FOR HIGHER STUDIES BUT IN AUG;08 I GOT A CALL FROM SATYAM SAYING "YOU WILL BE GETTING YOUR JOINING BY SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER TILL THEN TRY TO GET YOUR PASSPORT,PAN CARD,DRIVING LICENSE".SO I WITHDREW MY STUDYING OPTIONS FOR WHICH AM REPENTING NOW .

2)AND NEXT WE GOT CALL IN NOV AGAING SAYING SAME AND WE ALL KNOW NOVEMBER IS THE TIME WHEN ALL THE MAJOR UNIVERSITIES EXAMS AND NOTIFICATIONS COME OUT LIKE CAT,GATE,XAT,SNAP.

2)DUE TO THE ABOVE SAID REASONS WE DIDNT GIVE ANY EXAMS HOPING I WOULD GET MY JOINING IN COMING FUTURE AND STILL NOW I REMAINED UNEMPLOYED NOT ONLY ME THERE ARE AROUND[protected] STUDENTS STILL OPEN WITH THEIR OPTIONS OPEN WIDE AND MORE OVER I LOST MY STATUS AS A FRESHER AND EVEN IF I GO FOR ANY INTERVIEW I HAVE NOT GIVEN PREFERENCE

3) LIKE THIS WE HAVE WASTED 2 YEARS OF OUR VALUABLE TIME BY JUST WAITING.

OR AT LEAST IF AT ALL THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE JOINING OR THEY WANT TO CANCEL OUR JOINING THEN TELL THEM TO CONFORM THE NEWS AND COMPENSATE US FOR OUR TIME

This is to bring to your notice that I Dinesh Singh joined Tech Mahindra Ltd, (Noida-UP) as a Team Leader on 28th of July 2008 and resigned from my services of 10th of March 09 due to some medical reasons. Keeping in mind that I can only apply for PF Withdraw after completion of 2 months from the date of leaving the services, on 26 May 2009 10:46:41 I sent all the required documents I.E- Form 19 & 10c, Resignation letter, An application for withdraw of PF” dully signed and stamped by the bank manager as my employer has refused to sign and accept my form as I did not give 3 months notice to my Employer, however I had resigned in a very professional manner also resignation was accepted my reporting manager ( Vijeta Sharma). Since the Head office of my employer was in PUNE so I had to send all the documents to Pune office and which I did via Speed Post.

Today being 28th of Oct’09, my request has completed 5 months and I have been chasing this like any this. As per the discussion with Ashok ( Sr. Official at PUNE EPFO Available on-[protected]) my documents were sent back to Tech-Mahindra Ltd (PUNE) on 7th of Oct’09 for sign and signature as my application is pending on last stage as per Sr. official available at above said number.

Now as per discussion with Rahul Khunte from HR Dept. of Tech-Mahindra PUNE available on [protected]@techmahindra.com, [protected]) he is still yet to receive the documents, even if he receives it he will not sign and stamp the documents. It s been 5 months I have been chasing this like anything and I have to go through all this hassle and inconvenience to get my own money.

Would request you to take appropriate action and help me in getting my PF amount paid back to me.
Quick Response will be highly appreciated.

previous Company's PF account KN/BN/19966/462 with this existing account on
5th October 2006 ,means its over 3 years.
I asked my previous company they mentioned that the file came there with there office and they
had despatchaed to Bangalore RPF office.I have submitted this PF transfer for on 5th October 2006 ,means its over 2 years i don't have any idea about my PF status.Could you please help me to find out the status.

Hi,

I have sent a courier from Ghaziabad (UP) on 20th April to my residence which is in panchkula near IT park chandigarh.

The courier service i used was Blazaflash Courier service. But uptill i didn't get my courier.According to them the address was incomplete whereas i got a courier from chennai in two days on same address.
Its been 3 weeks but i have not recieved my courier. Though I've tried lot of times to call chandigarh branch but they never picked up the call.Now I've decided to take a legal action against them So they never do this kind of intentional activity again with anyone.

Dear Sir,

This incident happend on my Travel from Tirunelveli to Chennai in Nellai Express dtd 20th June, 2008. I was carrying an e-ticket and as authentication proof was carrying a laminated xerox copy of my Pancard. The TTE incharge after seeing my xerox PANCARD insisted me to show the original PANCARD, which I did not carry at that moment. I explained to him that I can supplement my authentication with CreditCard, DebitCard, Company Card and still the TTE rudely and indecently shouted at me in front of all passengers that I will be aligted at the next station, if I do not possess the Original PanCard. Finally the TTE budged in after one of my cousin interfered and talked to the TTE.

I want to know what rights I have in such situations when I am a genuine ticket holder. The TTE very well knows that I am a genuine passenger, but still behaved in a rude and indecent manner - was he expecting some money from me on this pretext.

I wish the Railways remove the word original authentication proof from the e-ticket printout, as I for one never carry the original for fear of loosing it as it happened once in my journey.

i had booked a ticket for my in law on 30th of jan 08 and indico had cancelled the flight on that day and offered flight for next day.when we tried to cancel the ticket they told there is a cancellation charges of rs 750/- and they will deduct that money and will refund the money to my account (i booked ticket through my credit card), my request from every one please do not travel from indigo airline..
