I would like to say that your HR's Prachi tiwari and Nikita are arrogant and misbehaving in nature. Prachi tiwari didn't took my interview and declined the call.

I would like to complain about your HR name Namrata Rai. She is a very arrogant and misbehaving woman with no sense of talking to the respondent.
Kindly take strict actions against her.

I have given my interviews to the name mentioned above, i slightly fumble but they didn't listened my this problem and asked each of them a chance to prove me but they acted rude and made fun of me.

You can take my interview for BPO services in your company from another HR and you will find that i doesn't fumble much.

I am in a mess and need of a job
Please punish these officials and if can provide me a suitable job according to my qualification.

After completing all rounds of interview. I still didnt recive any confirmation after the same. Its already mode than two months now.

Even if there is any problem regarding my hiring process there is not notice about it. HR said he will soon send me confirmation letter. But still got nothing in written.

FYI. My hiring process started from getting shortlisted from naukri.com. Did my technical round and HR round on 6th May 2021.

Please communicate to the candidate if there is any problem. As we are sitting and hoping for any positive news from you side.

Its been almost 2 months now, i have left Tech Mahindra. But I have not received yet my relieving letter, gratuity and final statement. I tried to raise this concern in alumni portal, but no response yet.

My trainer forcefully instead me to give resign as first he asked me to take covid test as result came in late and there was name change in that again I had to give sample every time on what's up I use to confirm that should I come to office he use to say let report come .ashish wagela and anuska gavate never allowed me to explain or speak . I had all even dense in phone they pollted people to still my phone . I tired to get in touch with cp GURANi, harshvendra soin and other management but no use now it's being 5 month started no settlement done, they use to torcher mently now suffering from since no money nothing please do something there is no one to earn in my house I am starving and I have 14 yr daughter suffering from brain complication. What do if now they don't do the settlement vi am going to launch complain against then .

Hi, I am one employee of Tech Mahindra with base location as Electronic City, Bangalore. However, due to nationwide pandemic (Covid 19), currently I am at my native place ( Near to Kolkata, West Bengal). I have submitted my resignation on 24th March and my last working day is 21st June. All I want is to submit my office laptop, charger and ID card to the nearest TECHM office, i.e. Kolkata office. However, my HR is strictly saying that is not possible, I need to submit those to Bangalore office only. When I asked for sending those via courier, he told that is possible, however if anything happened with laptop because of courier company, that also I need to pay. After sending those items through courier, it is not possible for me to check whether something is happening with it or not. Net net, only 1 option is there for me, I need to go down to Bangalore fro Kolkata avoiding the lockdown to submit my office belongings. Is this the support TECHM provides to employees during pandemic?

Please note: When I joined the company, that time I received the laptop from Bangalore office. But, during pandemic only, that laptop got some technical issue, I visited Kolkata office and they took that laptop and provided one stand by laptop in replace of that.

So, is it like I need to submit this laptop to Bangalore office now just because I have resigned?

When I first started I was told that working for tech Mahindra was better then Vodafone. - this was obviously a lie.

Vodafone isn’t perfect, but at least their processes are simple and straightforward.

With tech Mahindra you have to go through all these systems just to login to get annual leave, you also have to login to submit your own resignation. Issue with this is... majority of your on shore agents don’t have access to their portal. What’s really interesting is that, our pay slips aren’t emailed to our personal emails (like other telcos in New Zealand who email the payslips to personal emails) because we can only access the tech Mahindra portal at work.

Other issue is working on a public holiday and being told that we will BE PAID time and a half is like waiting for a rock to bleed blood. - myself and others worked Anzac Day here in New Zealand and it’s been 4 weeks now, and we still haven’t been paid the time and a half. But they want us to work Queens birthday... which is a public holiday, but I doubt we will get paid for that as well.

It’s also disheartening that the NPS survey that Vodafone/tech Mahindra haven’t changed the first question to another one, rather then ‘how was your service with Vodafone’ which makes it unbelievably hard to maintain a +100 for a month. - also the incentive, if you are sick or possibly dying, you will only get half the incentive of $300. If you get a detractor - you end up getting $250 - $150 even if you have 5 promoters, and 1 detractor or 8 promoters and 2 detractors you still get deducted money from an incentive that you have worked hard for.

Tech Mahindra isn’t perfect. Nor are the processes well adjusted for on shore agents and off shore agents.
But something has to be done about the unpaid Over time and the unpaid time and a half.
Or at least have an on shore tech Mahindra pay roll team. Cause right now, among the processes of having login issues into portal, training for new people only lasting a week and tech training for four days... then having nesting only been a week and then told we are on our own, when some of those are still struggling with the lack of support in place.

I think Vodafone need to cut the contract with Tech Mahindra, because the complaints from customers from what I’ve seen... hasn’t decreased, it’s increased more over the years.
Employees aren’t happy and when they try to leave the right way, they have to wait at least a week and half to hear if the resignation has been accepted.

This is just my experience. And it’s left a sour taste in my mouth.

If you want to work for them, I ain’t going to stop you... I’ll let you judge it for yourself.

On (May 7) at 4.44pm, a person named(Amit kumar) called me and told that, i am from shine.com. He said that your resume has been shortlisted from company named 'TECH MAHINDRA' and also told that you will have an interview with the company HR by now and you will receive offer letter immediately and also told that the payment for interview+ Document verification will be Rs.3000+Rs.8885(He did not said initially, but said amount to be paid through one by one in mail as well as in phone call) and it must be deposited in shine account, and the total amount will be refunded today itself, as soon as all formalities been over, he said in mail as well as in phone call.

I asked him what is the logic, 'I have to pay now and again you will be refunded', for that you can offer free to me, ...

He says that this is for generating interview ID and also kidding me with an example story that "if you are paying train ticket in IRCTC and afterwards cancel means, you are getting cancelled fees return to your account", samewise this too he says...

But he asks to me whether you are seeking job and in which domain, as in general what all candidates answer for this question, i too answered this and the actual fact what it is was, while i am in answering time and in side by side he himself types, for sending me through mail all details(but i did not say my mail id, ...he himself correctly sended to me) and saying Tech Mahindra has selected your resume.(but this amit kumar, correctly says my HSC and UG percentages, while in a call )

I also told him that Tech Mahindra with formal examination round only they will be selecting employees, then why you calling to me and informing this...Fot that he says again that, TechMahindra has selected your resume and they do not direct call to the candidates, so i am informing it to you(he says)...

and also i asked him is that genuine and official, he says 'Yes" for that...

At First i didn't believe it and I said to him that i didn't register account in shine.com and i didn't send my resume to anyone or by personally to Tech Mahindra.Then how did you call me without any source, i asked to him.

For that he said, see i am contacting only through ([protected]@shine-recruitments.com) mail id only and not in gmail-id and the hr mail id from tech mahindra will be ([protected]@techmahindra.com), he said...and also provided me account number in the name of shine(he said official account of shine)...

And after that I called to shine.com as well as Tech Mahindra(chennai), about these above said details, but they said its all scam...

After sudden drop of calls from them, I called back to this Amit kumar, the number becomes switched off.Next i confirmed about these, he did scam on me.

I also mailed to him, ('that you are fraudster, you will be caught by authorities, refund my money')...but no reply from him.

and next i called back next morning, but again he is asking additional money.

I have also screenshotted the mail i received from that person (please refer below) and am also attaching the account number that he mentioned to me, Agency number and hr no.(vignesh) as i received from him (all given below) and the agency name as he said was AMIT KUMAR .

Even on (May 15) he is making call to me by giving false allegation that your total amount(Rs.11, 885) will be refunded but you need to pay Rs.1, 115 for cancellation charge or else your 11, 885 money is lossed, he says….

and after that again, I am saying to him that your are 'fraudster man, i will complaint to cbi/cybercrime/police officials', if not refunded my amount..…...but he didn’t hear what I say, he is in need of money only again…..

These scams involve unscrupulous people misrepresenting themselves as being associated with a particular company to extract money or personal information from unsuspecting job seekers.These kind of people will be changing their numbers and account numbers regularly to loot the candidates around the country.

Please take action on him as he is doing fraud related activities, brain washing the candidates, spamming with company domain mail-ids, respective company logos, etc. and these like kind of people has looted to many candidates also i think, as i seen these type of mails in various social medias.

The transactions done on this account number is total of Rs.11, 885 in three transactions each of 3000, 4500, 4385 on may 7.

I have also forwarded all these details to shine.com

Shine.com said in their reply mail that, to complaint to nearby cybercell/police against that concerned person and approach, my side bank to get reversal and file dispute form / charge dispute form / cardholder dispute form/ transaction dispute form.

My money( Rs.11, 885 ) has been alleged, looted to pay by him and deducted to that account...

Respected Sir/Madam, Please help me in this financial concern to revert my balance to my account from him.

First i had problem with my registration id after complaining i got registration id and the i had my exam using that registration id but after 1st round it stopped the exam and i tried to login again but it displayed as you submitted your test i did not attend the other sections so please give me other chance.

I was working with Tech m from[protected] ​till last week I was saying good about this company I have gvn reference to all my friends.. but not thought ny review will be changed.. I left job for my personal problems and just my team leader Vinod Nair is getting impacted on attrition thts his kpi it's nothing to do for my leaving the organisation... I have serve proper 2 months notice to leave in good note with company.. but never thght this will turn as bad... My name is Tushar sulekh and I applied for flipkart cce work from home at Chandigarh branch on 24th of April 2021 through telephonic interview process . So my recruiter told me about the demands of process (e.g. laptop, wifi connection ) and salary structure .But after the selection and even at the time of orientation or induction they only told us about the the company norms and salary condition ( company is not gonna pay single penny if you don't clear the certification after 40days training) .but 4-5days later our trainer told us that everyone needs to buy a new phn and a new sim Card also otherwise they have to continue with their personal number and if any call dropped because of any personal call or sim or phn issue, you gonna be marked as ztp so to avoid that arrange new phn or sim card or else don't continue with the training further . But my concern is nobody told me from the recruitment or HR team about this before joining or even after selection, and nobody's taking responsibility for this . I talked to my recruiter ( loveleen) and he didn't had any idea about this, just an intern there and doing what he was told to do . so he raised my concern to HR team and I got a call from muskan hr and at that time she was telling me that it's optional but if any call dropped from my side I gonna marked down as ztp and even she was not taking responsibility for not giving complete information to the candidate so they can make their decision clearly, whether if they want to join or not . And now my trainer told me there's nothing I can do or they can do about it and I've two options now, 1. Leave the organization, 2. Arrange phn and sim card . And I don't have any idea what should I do now .

I want to draw your attention on the following matter as it appears that this is a case of clear unprofessionalism and biasness in the pre process training batch regarding the system pick up. I was a part of preprocess batch that has been handled by Sandeep Bhaskara from last couple of weeks. Toward the end of preprocess training we are suppose to move to process training and as per our trainer system pick from the office was required for that which was organised by Sandeep on last Friday. However due to some medical condition I was not able to reach Hyderabad and not able to collect the system on that particular day and I informed the same to Sandeep as well. Rest of the people were in Hyderabad and they successfully collected the system on that day except 4 folks they are Kalpesh, Ratnamala, Shradha and I. I reached out to Sandeep and requested him that I would be there in Hyderabad and will collect the system on Monday if this is possible, on that note he denied that and informed that this is not possible anymore and as a consequence I will be in LOP till the time next batch is started. As a matter of fact I understood it since I was not able to reach Hyderabad on time. However Sandeep intentionally took two of people in his process training batch after denying me directly where as these two people Ratnamala and Shradha were still not in Hyderabad and will reach on Monday. So my clear question is if system pick up is possible for these two people why not for me, as I have informed Sandeep clearly that I would also reach Hyderabad on Monday. There is a clear discrimination between the people in training batch by making it a trainer’s choice who would be in and who will be out, which is a complete unprofessional thing a trainer does from his end. I didn’t have any idea that techmahindra does this unprofessional behaviour in order to select people for the training batch.

Therefor, I would request you look into this matter. I would very much appreciate your prompt response on this and also looking forward to follow the escalation matrix further.
