I have forgetten my tech mahindra registration id and pin, I need registration id for taking the online test please rectify the problem...

I have applied for tech mahindra assessment test 2021. I got the test link but I didn't get the registration ID and PIN since from the date of registration .Moreover, instead of giving percentage I gave my score in cgpa.So kindly look at this issue....

I didn't received registration I'd but got a mail to write the exam. I've written my mobile number instead of registration I'd and I've written the exam. Will my test valid. And how to get the registration I'd and registration pin to login in....

When iam trying to register it is showing that you are already registered but I don't have registration details like Id and Pin.
But I got test link .I need registration Id to attend the test now....
