TechProcess Payment Services Limi — payment gateway failed but amount debited in my bank account

Today (22.10.2018), i was booking train ticket in irctc website and payment was attempted through netbanking via tech process payment gateway. After accepting all credentials, amount was debited from my account in canara bank (Valasaravakkam branch) but the payment process didnot go through. But it is not reflecting as failed transaction in irctc website. My bank transacton shows a debit entry as follows:
22.10.2018 10.27.23 techproc[protected] rs. 1142.29
Till now (22.10.2018 19.30 hrs), there is no reversal entry for this transaction. Kindly look into this issue and arrange to credit back the amount

How will I track the status of my complaint? There is no id given to my complaint. Is logging is sufficient to see the current status?

51219.6 paid for gold load via paytm.deducted from bank and from paytm but muthut says payment failed.paytm says MOney with u so contact u. What do we do??
