TechProcess Payment Services Limi — payment gateway failed but amount debited in my bank account | |||
Today (22.10.2018), i was booking train ticket in irctc website and payment was attempted through netbanking via tech process payment gateway. After accepting all credentials, amount was debited from my account in canara bank (Valasaravakkam branch) but the payment process didnot go through. But it is not reflecting as failed transaction in irctc website. My bank transacton shows a debit entry as follows: 22.10.2018 10.27.23 techproc[protected] rs. 1142.29 Till now (22.10.2018 19.30 hrs), there is no reversal entry for this transaction.
