I have order the product dress of rs. 860/- on 17th april and received product on 27th april which is fake product, i had written on mail to tehali and there was no response from portal and seller details provided. I spoke to delivery person jayesh bhoir [protected] and as per his information all products from that seller are fake and everyone has told him about wrong product.

So i don’t have any idea what type of cheap and fraudulent service you are providing to the common public u know it’s one kind of cheating and crime i don’t know how long you will be able to continue like this because i got similar complain from my other friends but you are not worth of that trust which i had with me. So i request your good self to kindly replace the product with my desired one or refund my cash as early as possible otherwise i will be bound to complain to the consumer forum or take serious steps against you so that in future no other customer can get cheated from your bogus service in future. Thanking you.

I have ordered a product from tehali on 1st may at 12.19am.
.but now I want to cancel the order due to some reason..

The problem is the given email and contact number is now not working properly...

I orderd a gown but recieved a orange cheap saree. Plz refund this. And also company mail id is not right and the number which mentioned on site is not working. May be company is fraud and this the work of company that they cheat the people who shopping with them. The file can be file under cyber crime or in consumer forum. And this is the problem of many people resolve this.

I ordered a green lahenga but instead have received a pink dupatta... :( Received it today.
The label on the packet says the exact thing that I ordered but the product on it is way different.
I paid 860 bucks for it.

I would like to return my product and either generate a refund or get the
"dark green colour Tehali Creation Silk Embroidered Semi Stitched Lehenga"
that I ordered for.

I did have a feeling this was a scam when the prices of the products came down so much. But I still gave it a shot though only to be disappointed. The number online and the messenger on the website is unresponsive.

Hoping you will do the needful because cheating people is not the way to getting ahead in life although seems to be rampant at every level in our country! We need to correct it.

Hope u r help me, thanks in advance. If these people not change this product i will take an action against them. I want my money back. I orderd two long designer dress in tehali.com through online for my sister, but received the wrong one which is very cheap material with different cloth..

I paid the amount 1400 rupees. I would like to return the item and get my amount refunded. I dont see any email also in their website to complain or ask. The online helpdesk is also not helping after seeing my message.

I received a wrong product from tehali online shopping, i ordered a designer long gown but got a saree whish is very bad quality. I have spend 755 rs for it. When i am calling their complain helpline no, it is not working. I ordered it 23rd april and they send me a confirmation sms and mail, but when they send me the next sms at the time of delivery then that order no was not same, i told it to the delivery boy from courier service but he said it has been send from company. Contact no. Of delivery boy was [protected]. It has been delivered on 28th april. After delivery i saw it is a cheap saree, then i tried to replace it but they doesn't give me any option to return it. If they replace my product within 2 days it's good otherwise i want to refund my money.

I had odered for lehengas worth nearly 2k and Wat i received was 3 cheap quality duppattas! !wow amazing substitute for lehengas..money wasted..time wasted...want to get ### up ?? Book u'r order on tehali (fakest site everrrr ) this site deserves my middle finger...

I was order a long red gown but i found a worng product. I found a pink saree and don't like it. I was so disappointed. I want to exchange my product and please given me my right product. I had ordered a lehenga by looking at the pictures, the procduct sent to me is absolutely different and of very poor quality, i had paid 864 rupees and had a 7 day return guarantee. Their number is unreachable, their email address is fake. Overall it is a scam being run. I want the product returned and refunded and website operations and it's authenticity to be looked into.

I had ordered for styles closet white and red colour patterned silk lehenga choli with dupatta from tehali and shipped through weshyp delhivery air express, queenget.com, but i received an orange saree in place of it. When I had asked for refund, I was asked for my private bank details including the CVV of my ATM card. order id:2675872, tracking id:[protected], order date: 04/28/2018. The above mentioned details are proved by attachiment of photos along with the complaint. The customer care care where I had asked for the return policy number is [protected], which I supposedly spoke to was Ram Kumar. If further necessary I can attached the recording of our telephonic conversation.

I ordered a dress material worth ₹860 which they delivered of very low quality.. When I called them for returning purposes they are asking me about my debit card no. And pin no. The website is completely fake. Please take strict action against the site.. It is a completely fraud site. They have also asked for debit card no. And pin no. They are trying doing shop lifting.
