I ordered a Baby pink gown from www.tehali.com via facebook but when it is delievered it was a red colour saree whose material is very cheap and when I tried to connect with customer care all numbers are out of reach and Delivery delievers all the products from this site but they are also unable to give sufficient information about this site. I don't want this cheap saree, take it back and return my money. I want my money back.

    I am Anjali Gopinath from Thrissur .I have purchased kurta from Tehali.com online shopping site from the seller KTS 69 Sukan Point Near Yogi Chowk, Surat 395010 (bill attached) of Rs 645.I got poor quality cloth instead kurta on Cash on Delivery.These website phone number is not working.I want my cash back by return the product.Sir please help to get my refund.

      I have ordered a dreased as displayed in the picture of tehali site. It was shocking to see that the product is not what i have ordered. I felt disappointed when i opened it. I trusted that site that's why ordered. The company simply cheated it's customer. I am going to take it up against this fraudulent treachery.

        Hi...Did u get ur Money back???
        I think it's a spam company...Even I ordered some product and they delivered some orange saree...Now when I call their customer care...He said that they will return the amount in my credit card or debit card only and have asked for the complete card details including card number, export date and cvv number. I refused to give all these details to them and ask him to message me his office address so that I can reach there and return the product but he said that refund will only be processed in my card only... It's a spam..I have read number of reviews as well for the company on internet..Most of them have received either orange or green sareer in place of the ordered product... Felt cheated...Worst experience...

        I ordered a product which was of very bad quality and worst which i want to return hand to hand else i'll go for a police complain you can't fraud your consumers. I ordered a gown from tehali app and they send a different with soo bad quality i want to return it as soon as possible the product costed me rs: 1400 which is a big amount for me. Very disappointing.

I tried so many times to contact them in mobile number site provided but the number is always in busy tunr..then I tried to email them.but the email ID is also not working.I want my real ordered item or my money back..

                I have recieved a wrong parcel. I had ordered for green colour long gown which is heavy and costs for rs. 755. I have paid the money to the person who came from blue cart. The parcel i got has a pink coloured dupatta. As my mother received it she did not open and see in front of the deliver boy. After 2 hours i came home and saw the item i recieved is totally different from what i ordered. Kindly look into the matter or i may take a big action. I jave ordered from tehali for the first time. It is really a bad impression of the company. Please help me find the fraud company and refund me the money as soon as possible. Thank u

I ordered a light pink lehenga from tehali site and they send a different product (Saree) with soo bad quality i want to return it as soon as possible the product costed me rs: 860 which is a big amount for me.                   I ordered a sky blue embroidered semi stiched lehenga from tehali and it mentioned the same on package but when i opened it it was a pathetic green sari. The email for contact mentioned on the site doesnt exist and the phones are busy. Tehali must replace my order or return my money effective immediately or ill take this to the higher authorities
