[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — 3 phase lt meter burn out | |||
My meter is burn out and last 4 days i am struggling to understand the process that what i need to do to replace the electricity meter. My usc no is[protected] and service number is bz011975. It is in secunderabad, swapanlok complex. Three days it took to hold the lineman and understand that meter is burn out and need replacement and restore the power. Then lineman said that dd need to pay in local office in paradise. I went to paradise local office then they said that i need to go in musheerabad electricity office and they will let me know the exact dd amount. I called musheerabad ofc they are saying that i need to go in local office paradise. They are just playing ping pong with me and i am not able to get the required information like; 1. What amount dd i need to pay on which name? 2. Where i need to pay the dd 3. What is the process after dd payment Being an it techie i tried to get information from tsspdcl site but could not get any information regarding about above points.
