Dear Sir/Madam, SC No: A1027164 USC :[protected] Please refer my recent electric bills of May 2021 and June 2021 for the correct ascertainment. Please let me know why my bill CATEGORY has been changed and BILLED EXORBITANTLY? On closer inspection of my bills, I could notice that you have arbitrarily changed my bill CATEGORY from CAT:1A Domestic to CAT: 1B (i) and billed excessively; reason for the change and excess billing were never communicated to me. I could see that in one bill CAT: 1A Domestic you charged me Rs.186/-(May 2021) when units consumed were 93 for 34 days and in another bill after changing the category to CAT: 1B (i) Domestic, you charged me Rs.313/-(June 2021) when units consumed were just 78 for 24 days. Please explain why: 1. Category changed? 2. Excessively billed? Therefore, on the above issues, I would urge you to thoroughly investigate the matter as to what went wrong and take preventive measures, make necessary adjustments/rectify and/or otherwise you deem fit for the speedy resolution of the issue, as it comes under the purview of deficiency in rendering services to customer. You charged me Rs.186/-(May 2021) when units consumed were 93 for 34 days and you charged me Rs.313/-(June 2021) when units consumed were just 78 for 24 days. FOR 78 UNITS 313 AND FOR 93 UNITS 186 ????? I asked you why my CATEGORY from CAT:1A Domestic to CAT: 1B (i) got changed and billed EXCESSIVELY when my units have always been below <100 (less than 100). For your perusal even I have attached the latest two bills, May 2021 and June 2021. Hope you have records, or else if you need last 12 months' bills, those also can be send to you, but don't give me standard default reply. Please analyse/investigate the matter and reply me.
