Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Category change has not happened even after deadline

Hi,

For USC[protected] I have applied for category change on July 07, and the status has changed to 'Complaint Rectified in CSC (Pending at EBS)' on 14 July 2022. After this, there is no movement till now.

On top of this, I received a very hefty bill on 17July in Comercial rate.

Please help me resolve this issue.
