[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — category change non domestic to domestic | |
I have submitted a request to change category with tsspdcl through online on 02-may-2020 registration number is cc[protected]. I received confirmation sms to my mobile and they stated that issue will be resolved within 10 days. On 13-may-2020 the status was changed to complaint rectified in csc (Pending at ero). I thought that maybe within 2 -4 working days the status might be changed However still category not changed and i received this month bill under non domestic. While submitting the request i have paid 30rs as a service charge in the portal through netbanking. Attached the screen shot for status of the category change. No one is suggesting the necessary actions should be taken for resolving this issue. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

I paid 7100 Rs DD for cattegory change . please check
