If the domestic single phase meter gets, stuck, then tsspdcl will replace the same with new meter at free of cost I. e cost of meter and labor charges?
Some one phoned me telling that my house 3 Phase meter is stuck and I have to pay Rs 3500/
For replacement. Should I have to pay?

Unfortunately, Consumers being asked to pay the charges of replacement of meters which is around 1090. this is really unfair
If the Meter is stuck up then meter will be replaced at departmental cost and if the meter is burnt out then Rs.1100/- will be charges for replacing the same with new meter.
