I s. Madhava reddy r/0 bowenpally secunderabad, i have applied for additional load with 3 phase current for my residence, my application dt 27.5.16, i have submitted all the documents as per there requirement, staff is so irresponsible to send my application to other department for approving, in my absence my wife was use to followup with them at bapuji nagar office, every time they use to ask my wife to go to bownepally office and submit the copy was given by them, again the same was repeated by bowenpally office staff they use to give some document to my wife ask to submit it at bapuji nagar office, like this my wife was use to do the followup with them in passing the paper and getting the sign on relevant copy, they says to my wife now go to ferozguda office and ask them to give the meter, if they give the meter get that meter to them she says, when my wife was visited to ferozguda office they says still there some pending approvals, again my wife visited to bapuji nagar office intimated same to her, they say to my wife now u need to go to mint compound office to get some letter.
When a consumer apply for any thing in relevant office, do the consumer will become responsible in transferring the application for other departments and for getting the approval and getting the sign on the documents with concern officers, if all this things was doing by consumer then what the govt staff will do in the office.
Additional is got upgarded but the 3 phase meter was not done.
For getting an 3phase meter tsspdcl was taken more than 1year time even now also its not finished up. There is no pending documents from my side, all the documents was given them in in-time and also the charges what they ask to pay i have paid it.

My wife was visited the above offices every week regularly, to do the others job in tsspdcl, will govt pay the salary to my wife or the staff who's job was done by wife he will pay the salary to my wife for all this months.

Thanks for responding, have you check correctly that was been rejected, i have attached the receipt copy which i have paid long back its self, moreover i have got the order copy also the same as been attached to u.
plz look all my attachments.
i have already mail to the customer service also.
We have constructed new house in patancheru sangareddy dist & residing in the same house since few months but they are not changing our meter from commercial to domestic till now, we have also applied for new connections & paid online DD also but there is no response from the official even though house is fully completed & everyone residing in all the portions. as the power is running in single meter it is not taking the load and as it is still in commerical category the bill is also coming in high.
Please resolve the issue immediately,
