Pl verify at your as per bill generating person they don't know about the bill system. They simply scan the meter and gave the bill.
As per your tariff below 100 units energy charges:
0-50 units 1.45 and
51-100 units 2.60

50*1.45= 72.5
48*2.60= 124.8

Total 198.3 rupees but in my bill 324.40

Pl clarify why it was observed excess bill

    Sir,

    Why minimum bill is given, why not the actuals?... Again i will fined for no fault of me. The carry forward is calculated as per rate slabs? How genuine calculation is this? Electricity department is looting me. This is third or fourth time in this finanacial year. My bill amounts are above rs. 2500/- which should be less than rs.1000/-. As per the consumption. The units are increasing day by day from 0, 21, 197...320, 420... And so on. Consulted the concerned electrical ero, habsiguda. He also could not any help in this regard. If meter is not working properly, calibration has to be done or justify the customer. Whatever charges for extra work we are ready to pay? But with this ambiguity i am paying always above 2500/- except one or two.

    Please help me in solving the issue.

      The house was locked for the entire month and still there was a bill of 2500 generated with the previous and current ratings being the same.

      Location: kalimanidr.

      Can you please look into it and advise on the corrections. I have been calling all the contacts # listed on the website and still had no response from any govt officials. I would really appreciate if you can look into this and revert with an update.

        We have constructed new house in patancheru sangareddy dist & residing in the same house since few months but they are not changing our meter from commercial to domestic till now, we have also applied for new connections & paid online DD also but there is no response from the official even though house is fully completed & everyone residing in all the portions. as the power is running in single meter it is not taking the load and as it is still in commerical category the bill is also coming in high.

        Please resolve the issue immediately,

            From past 3 months we are receiving excess bill though the house was locked.
            We have paid the bills on time through eseva online. Again for the month of july the bill was 1053. We hvae reached out to ae nandanavanam meerpet. Pon checking checking we found that we have already paid additional amt of 1170 again and once again we were asked to pay approx 4000 rs and were told that
            The amt will be adjusted in coming months but that did not happen.

            It recommended for you to have meter testing by paying the Demand draft of Rs.150/- in the favour of TSSPDCL and then by contacting AE/OP/Meerpet on [protected] your meter will be sent for testing and based on the report received, relevant action will be taken up by the AE

            I have few other queries
            1.when we checked in fuse call for the payment details, it showed that we already paid extra amount that it was billed( we already paid about 1100 rs extra) and for the next month we were charged around 4800. The extra amt which we paid was not deducted. we were told that it would be covered in coming months but this did not happen.

            2. Why there is no sync for the payments paid through online (eseva).

            what should we do?

              Dear sir, my electricity meter display stopped working in the month of may 2017. So there was no meter reading at the time of bill generation, so they generated the bill on 05/june/17 for rs 3118/-. When i inquired about this at my area office, they told that becoz of meter display gone they averaged my bill based on past months usage and calculated, also they told me that i will get new meter after june 20th and they included the meter cost in the same bill. Before june it was heavy summer and i have ac at home so i got high bill, u should have checked my power bills before summer and calculated this bill. Till i get new meter fixed, there wont be any reading that shows my usage, so they told me that they average my bill for next month also and it will be bit lesser than current month. This month bill generated on 06/08/2017 and to my surprise it is same as last month rs 3118/-. My usage will be lesser than rs 1000/- and i've to pay 2000/- more. Very unfair, i want to know why i got high bill this month also. Kindly provide me explanation.

                I have utilised 95 units of power category 1b domestic as per the calculation it should be 220 (1-50, rs 1.45 units 50 amount 73, 51-100, rs 2.60 units45
                Amount 117 total amount 73+117) but i was laid 318.50 as energy charges and rs.50 for cust charges total rs.374.
                Please can anyone answer why the extra charges are laid and what are the cust charges.

                      I s. Madhava reddy r/0 bowenpally secunderabad, i have applied for additional load with 3 phase current for my residence, my application dt 27.5.16, i have submitted all the documents as per there requirement, staff is so irresponsible to send my application to other department for approving, in my absence my wife was use to followup with them at bapuji nagar office, every time they use to ask my wife to go to bownepally office and submit the copy was given by them, again the same was repeated by bowenpally office staff they use to give some document to my wife ask to submit it at bapuji nagar office, like this my wife was use to do the followup with them in passing the paper and getting the sign on relevant copy, they says to my wife now go to ferozguda office and ask them to give the meter, if they give the meter get that meter to them she says, when my wife was visited to ferozguda office they says still there some pending approvals, again my wife visited to bapuji nagar office intimated same to her, they say to my wife now u need to go to mint compound office to get some letter.

                      When a consumer apply for any thing in relevant office, do the consumer will become responsible in transferring the application for other departments and for getting the approval and getting the sign on the documents with concern officers, if all this things was doing by consumer then what the govt staff will do in the office.

                      Additional is got upgarded but the 3 phase meter was not done.

                      For getting an 3phase meter tsspdcl was taken more than 1year time even now also its not finished up. There is no pending documents from my side, all the documents was given them in in-time and also the charges what they ask to pay i have paid it.

                      My wife was visited the above offices every week regularly, to do the others job in tsspdcl, will govt pay the salary to my wife or the staff who's job was done by wife he will pay the salary to my wife for all this months.

                        We are facing a major issue with 33kv lines passing above my house. Which causes us fear of lines may get in contact to our house. We have complained the same to the tspdcl.. They has estimated us with an amount of 1.5 lakhs, 1 lakh.. I don't understand why we should pay for iti, as the issue is because of department laying 33kv lines without have future plan that these lines may cause a issue for residential. While they are laying lines we have objected them but they did not listen to our words. I am here by requesting to take the action asap and solve my issue.

                          We got the more power bill. My s. No:[protected], usc :[protected]. We use to get the bill around 500 change. Summer bill was 1700 because we used the ac for 2 months (April, may) after that we stopped using ac as well as rice cooker, induction stove and we went to my home town for 10 days. I supposed to get my electricity bill bellow 500. When i say my power bill it was 1525. Only 2 people staying and one person going for work morning 9 pm to evening 8 or 9 pm. Its really paining to pay extra amount. I don't know who to complaint.

                              This is to bring to your notice that there has been irregular supply of electricity in the indiranagar area of gachibowli. There will always be power cut when the rains start and it won't come even after 2 to 3 hours, long after the rains stop. This hampers our day to day activities.                                 My june open reading is "5604" and closing reading "5604" i think some thing is word. I previoes i stay with my friend so my electricty bill unit is arround 170,

                                  My unique service number is[protected], and I paid my July's bill of ₹1816 twice.

                                  I did it first from PayTM manually (Operator Ref. Number - [protected]), and within a few days my HDFC Bank account automatically deducted the bill amount (Transaction ID: TXHC[protected].

                                  I tried to log a complaint on the website (https://tssouthernpower.com/CPDCL_Home.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=CPDCL_Home_... but it didn't work.

                                  I got to know that the extra amount goes into something called as "credit balance", which is neither reflected on the subsequent bills nor on the website. My question now is, does this happen automatically? Or, do I have to get it done explicitly by raising a request or something?

                                  Our non-summer monthly bills are usually ₹500-₹550. Can I stop making payments till I use up the 1816 credit balance? And, after that, continue paying the balance from thereon?

                                    June bill by mistake from tsspdcl, put 9468 rupees as arriers, on repeated visit to kukatapally office and met ae kadir at miyapur office they have agreed that it is a mistake from mrt (Meter department) and said will be corrected.

                                    But till date not done any thing on this, and every month bill is getting added to it and i am not able to pay.

                                    Make it corrected as soon as possible so that i can pay my original amount.
