We have been facing frequent power cut problem since 2 months.

Almost everyday we call electricity dept customer care number and lodge complaint. Only our one phase is giving trouble in this area. Dept say that they are going to install new transformer. But, no action initiated.

How many days dept expects us to lodge complaint. This looks embedding and dept should feel ashamed.

Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear Consumer,

As per AE/Bollaram [protected], As there is no proper place available for constructing the transformer plinth its erection is being delayed . you are requested to propose a land for erection of DTR after discussing with your colony members so that AE can erect the DTR at earliest and the issue faced by you will be fixed then

We r using only 2 fans n 3 lights, since last 2 months we are getting bill 1880 and 2100, before that it was used to come around rs600 or rs 700 maximum. I showed the meter to the electrician, he said there is a fault with meter, please consider our complaint and do the needful
