Dear team,

I have recently received my electricity bill as rs. 14, 046. Please find the attached bill copy.

Total bill amount: rs. 14, 046.00

My apartment is a newly constructed building. The meter has been installed in the month of november, however, no one from the electricity board has come to generate the bill.

After 5 long months they have generated the bill for 1521 units (Starting from november 2016 to may 2017). Due to this, the slabs (Tariff category) of consumed has billed on the highest and hence the bill is too high.

As the bill is not generated every month, the consumed units has fallen under highest tariff category (Slabs) which will not be the case if generated every month.

I am ready to pay the bill of what i used. I am denying to pay the high amount which was caused due to improper generation of the bill from electricity board.

I would request you to resolve this and revise the bill as per my usage.

Please advise on my complaint. If the supply connection is on 25/04/2017...how come in 10 days the power will be consumed 1521 units? Tat too for a residential flat...

There is a miss happened here...

    We have been facing frequent power cuts especially in our home which

    falls under a special phase out of all other phases in the entire

    area.

    Almost every day we call substation[protected]/92) and 1912 to

    lodge complaint. The response from them is terrible and they are very

    rude in answering the calls with no proper work ethics.

    This looks really frustrating and dept should feel ashamed of such

    instances.

    Hope you attend this issue as soon as possible and find permanent

    solution.

      Reading has not taken correctly and I have got bill of 11095 ruppes for month of May. I don't have AC and cooler at home. Normally I got per month 300-400 rupees bill, but this time reading is not taken properly. I have attached last month and current bill for acknowledgment.

        Frequent power cuts

        We have been facing frequent power cut problem since 2 months.

        Almost everyday we call electricity dept customer care number and lodge complaint. Only our one phase is giving trouble in this area. Dept say that they are going to install new transformer. But, no action initiated.

        How many days dept expects us to lodge complaint. This looks embedding and dept should feel ashamed.

        I P.Satyanarayana bearing service number[protected]. I tried to pay bill on 04/05/2017 but it shown in Payton not successful. Then again today 10/05/2017 paid the bill through Payton and is shown that it is successful. After that I checked the mail it is showing that both transactions are successful. Please adjust the amount Rs 1431 in the next month

        if your next month's bill amount is <1431/- then no need to pay the bill else Pay the balance amount by deducting the credit balance from the bill amount generated at ERO Saroornagar on all working days before due date (or) if ERO is very far then you can make part payment at bill counter's only after 20th, before due date and additional charges will be levied if the due date is crossed (or) make part payment next month as soon as the bill gets generated by manually entering the due amount deducting credit balance from next month's bill amount, using billdesk/Paytm before your bill data is updated online

          Iam getting very high power bill from 2 months and even after clearing the bill online it has been added to latest bill and only 3 days we used power moderately as we were not there in town and still we are billed very high.           Meter testing is recommended so you need to pay Rs.300/- through Demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL and then by contacting AE/OP/Banjarahills on [protected], your meter will be sent for testing on your presence only and based on the report received, relevant action will be taken up AE

            I have paid electricity bill for april17 as usual. Again i paid rs 3000/advnace payment on 28/4/2017 as i am going out of hyderabad for a month. The transaction reference no. Is isb [protected]
            But while perusing the electricity bill for may i observe the advance paymentv has not been taken into account and rs.2400 is shown as due.
            I therefore request you to verify your records and account for the amount of rs3000/ and adjust in future electricity bills.

              Please refer my sc no. Cz022684 on the name of k. Venkat rao, flat no-4b, park view residency, opp:st. Anns high school, west marredpally, secunderabad-500026.

              1. On 20/02/17 we have paid bill amounr rs.1220.88 vide ref. No. Ipay/eshp/db/[protected]/hidb[protected]_tsspdcl.

              2. On 21/02/17 we have paid bill amount rs.1220.88 vide ref no. Ipay/eshp/bd/[protected]/hidb[protected]_tsspdcl.

              3. On20/03/17 we have paid bill amount rs.807.88 vide ref no. Ipay/eshp/bd/[protected]/iidb[protected]_tsspdcl.

              3. Rs.807.88 have been paid again in eseva at west marredpally.

              These bills were paid twice because the online receipt not generated in the first incident and again paid the same amounts.

              But the amounts which were paid additionally, not adjusted till now in the present power bills.

              I request you to please verify my account and adjust the excess paid amounts in the current month power bill.

                  Hi, I've noticed that the meter number & meter reading on my printed bill is different from the existing meter on the premises occupied by my tenant. And the difference in reading is huge around 2000 units. I am very shocked to notice this big difference.
                  I've approached the area AE and ADE and they both are not helpful. Its a 1 bed room house serviced by this meter and the consumption is bare minimal.
                  My tenant got the meter tested in April 2017 and its been reported that the meter is in good condition. Now the big question is why there is difference in readings on the bill and the actual meter reading on the premises. And it has been told to me by the line man that this reading has been generated manually since a long time, in-spite of the fact that the meter was working well an IR reading was not generated ? And also why there is a difference in meter serial number on my bill and the actual meter on the Premises ? I am looking for help on how this 2000 units got added into my tenants meter.

                    . Electricity meter no-sz145741it comes under sanathnagar division (Hyd). Amt (Rs 455) has been paid on 18th april'17 with transaction no-sbipgiu[protected]. But in current bill it's reflecting as arrears. Kindly look in this will be very grateful. Every time i pay bill through online mode only... I don't have screenshot of that payment.                       Iam operating small scale industry with the name of kanakadurga industries at medchal industrial estate apiic plot no d3 d4 . with service no[protected] service name aristocrat flooring . we have extremely low voltage problem at our location with line voltage 320 volts against required 440 volts all the day and picks up to 360volts at night, which is making extremely difficult for us to run machines at day time . we approached AE medchal for the problem but he refused to take any action and gave reluctent reply stating he is not responsible for voltage problems and it has to be resolved by the consumer himself by setting up an extra transformer . we have a 90 hp lt service provided from a common transformer of 500kva connected to more 10 services out of which four services including me has low voltage problem . these four services having low voltage problem are connected at adistance of 500feet from the transformer and the conductors have worned out badly due to currosion from gases with chemical plants and more over they were laid 25 years back leading to resistance developed in conductors and causing low voltage problems . we are facing problem since 4 months and complained several times, but having no responce from electricity board . several complaints have been made regarding breakage of conductors causing human life threat due to fall of weak conductors . when asked AE medchal regarding the threat, he claims no responcibility for such incidents . i have visited tssouthern power website where it is mentioned under standards of performance aperc section 57 to 59 garunteed standards of performance compensation is payble to the consumer . please take necessary action to solve our problem otherwise we have no other option but to shift our industry to better service location . ocntact no [protected] sudhakar

                          I have crossed by due date of current bill... I requested the person that i will pay the amount immediately online... He is refusing me to pay online and asking cash to pay. As i was alone lady at home requested him i cant go out and bring cash and do online payment. I was so unhappy seeing the rude behaviour of the person... I am not even feeling bad he disconnected power... I was feeling bad by the rude behaviour.. He can tell same thing that i can pay online once updated i can call him and he can resume connection right... Please understand others problems.. Dnt repeat such rude behaviour you are doing government service we respect you, even we need the same respect... Hope some action will be taken..

                          Please mail us your service number or USC number and also your contact number to [protected]@tssouthernpower.con
                          Same happend with me at chennai. I am a girl. I have even paid in online but he refused to put back the fuse. He asked me to bring the hard copy reciept to his office, thought it was night 9pm. I told him i would mail the soft copy he didnt agree. He dint even agree to show the reciept at hisnoffice. Finaly i went to xerox shop at that time. And asked for one of my friend (male) help to go and give it. Luckily he was available to help me on that day so he went And he bought the fuse. And all this is not in rules, its Just for the bribe. He took 200 and then gave it. Shame on electricity board. People suffer if no action taken on these kind of things.

                            Its always been a challenge to get correct contact for malakpet, Muncipal colony number. And by chance we get it. It's another challenge to get response when we call as none pick up the call. Even today there is no power from 10:45pm and no one responded. There are children n old people who suffer a lot with no power during peak summer.

                            Please look into this issue on priority.

Its been more than 10's of time that complaints have been raised, visited your offices, spoke to AE's, DE's; gave amounts to your officers..but the fluctuations still continue leading to damage of Laptop's, AC, Fridge, Fans etc

                                Hi,
                                In my flat at Kondapur, Hyderabad, I am observing severe High Voltage issue. Because of that, our electronics devices are getting damaged. Voltage Stabilizer of my Split AC cuts off the power supply most of the time due to high voltage. This stabilizer is capable of handling upto 270V. My induction cooktop is also not working showing the high voltage error. Many gadgets are getting damaged due to high voltage. I will highly appreciate if you can suggest a immediate and fruitful solution to this problem. Thanking you.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I stay in Employees Colony, Manikonda, Hyderabad 500089. Every year since the beginning of the summer there is ought to be compulsory power failure everyday between 2 hrs-24 hrs. There is no notice or announcement send or made and even the contact center do not respond as well. I have elderly parents at home and both are not well. It is very irresponsible of the authority to not take heed of such an important matter in this killing heat. I would request somebody to please take up this concern and work it out so that not only the elders and senior citizens, but new born children, students appearing for exams and people working in night shift can also get a little bit of relief and peace.

                                    I am residing in Yapral Sapphire Homeswhich is an appartment where almost 15 families reside We have a three phase connection However whenever there is a power cut, the line man keeps on changing the phase everytime thus disturbing our connection provided to the Borewell for pumping water.

                                    This has been an ongoing process since last six to seven months and everytime there is a phase problem, the line man comes and suggests us to get the borewell phase connection change in the main board. Doing this way we are experiencing problem with the motor pump and other amenities.

                                    Kindly look into this at the earliest otherwise it would be escalated to the higher authorities.

                                      We are residing at krishna nagar, lalapet secunderabad, our service number is : v6068791. I would like to bring to your kind notice about our problems. Details as below.

                                      1. There is consistency in bill generation data every month. Every month the line men come as per his wish and provides the bill. Due to this being a middle class family, the number o[censored]nits are crossing some times more than 200 and bill is going upto 1200 and 1400 rupees.

                                      I would request you to provide some solution to avoid making excess payment to the tsspdcl

                                      2. Every month an average we get bill of rupees 700. For the month of march bill the category is updated as domestic ii and bill was provided of an amount of rs. 1071 for 198 units. This is happened twice for 2 to 3 service numbers. Can you please look into this and reverse back the excess amount which we paid to the electricity board.

                                      Category/Customer charges will decided by Avg units consumed during month days
                                      Avg units consumed= (No.Of billed units/Billed days) *Month days( i.e.31 days for March)

                                      if avg units >100 and <=200 - Category 1Bi
                                      if Avg units >200 - category 1Bii
