[Resolved]  Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Power issue regularly and no permanent solution by electric department

I am a common man complaining on power issue in house located plot number 66 SRINIVASA COLONY nizampet lake view colony road,
we are having heavy power issue regularly and complaining every time but no permanent solution

Hello Officials i will expalin you a scenario understand it and provide the solution to issue
I leave office early on the morning 8AM and comeback at 10PM, after coming back i will have my dinner then the problem starts
We will loose the power at 11PM and starts complaing on the power frpm 11pm they comes and fixes the problem at 12AM so listen i didn't slept because of power issue
Then once the power back at 12AM i will try to sleep will get sleep by 12.30AM again the problem starts at 2AM will loose the power
So will start calling the power guys at 2AM they will come again after 1hour and fixes the problem again power goes back to OFF state after 1or2 hours
by the by when we don't have power we cannot stay in home as it sweats like anything so will stand out fir the entire duration of no power time, once if i stand outside i don't know
how much blood i am loosing with mosquito bites
so at last i am sleeping for 3to4 hour's for the entire night
Here comes my questions
1. when i talk to power guy he is saying it is summer so fuse problems will come, what the heck answer is this as we know we will loose power in rainy season now they started mentioning
summer also which means as per electric department theory will have power only in the winter anyway we don't fans and all in winter so they are giving power:):)
2. If the electrician couldn't able to give permanent solution to the issue they why we are calling him as a electrician and why government paying him giving so many benefits
3. If every government reacts so fast to blame common man why you guys are reacting on government employees as well
4. If i don't have power to sleep why should i pay power bill
5. Just think if same thing happens to you what you will do

By the by i have written such a big message when i don't have power by sitting outside the house and fighting with mosquitoes at 12AM and going to raise the complaint tomorrow morning
as i don't have power which results no internet in home right now
