Hi,

I have crossed by due date of current bill... I requested the person that i will pay the amount immediately online... He is refusing me to pay online and asking cash to pay. As i was alone lady at home requested him i cant go out and bring cash and do online payment. I was so unhappy seeing the rude behaviour of the person... I am not even feeling bad he disconnected power... I was feeling bad by the rude behaviour.. He can tell same thing that i can pay online once updated i can call him and he can resume connection right... Please understand others problems.. Dnt repeat such rude behaviour you are doing government service we respect you, even we need the same respect... Hope some action will be taken..

Same happend with me at chennai. I am a girl. I have even paid in online but he refused to put back the fuse. He asked me to bring the hard copy reciept to his office, thought it was night 9pm. I told him i would mail the soft copy he didnt agree. He dint even agree to show the reciept at hisnoffice. Finaly i went to xerox shop at that time. And asked for one of my friend (male) help to go and give it. Luckily he was available to help me on that day so he went And he bought the fuse. And all this is not in rules, its Just for the bribe. He took 200 and then gave it. Shame on electricity board. People suffer if no action taken on these kind of things.

    Hi tram

    Its always been a challenge to get correct contact for malakpet, Muncipal colony number. And by chance we get it. It's another challenge to get response when we call as none pick up the call. Even today there is no power from 10:45pm and no one responded. There are children n old people who suffer a lot with no power during peak summer.

    Please look into this issue on priority.

Its been more than 10's of time that complaints have been raised, visited your offices, spoke to AE's, DE's; gave amounts to your officers..but the fluctuations still continue leading to damage of Laptop's, AC, Fridge, Fans etc

        Hi,
        In my flat at Kondapur, Hyderabad, I am observing severe High Voltage issue. Because of that, our electronics devices are getting damaged. Voltage Stabilizer of my Split AC cuts off the power supply most of the time due to high voltage. This stabilizer is capable of handling upto 270V. My induction cooktop is also not working showing the high voltage error. Many gadgets are getting damaged due to high voltage. I will highly appreciate if you can suggest a immediate and fruitful solution to this problem. Thanking you.

        I paid electricity bill in the morning on 27th April 2017. But since the transaction failed, I paid it again. Now when I check my billing statement, my money was deducted twice.           Hi Team,

          I stay in Employees Colony, Manikonda, Hyderabad 500089. Every year since the beginning of the summer there is ought to be compulsory power failure everyday between 2 hrs-24 hrs. There is no notice or announcement send or made and even the contact center do not respond as well. I have elderly parents at home and both are not well. It is very irresponsible of the authority to not take heed of such an important matter in this killing heat. I would request somebody to please take up this concern and work it out so that not only the elders and senior citizens, but new born children, students appearing for exams and people working in night shift can also get a little bit of relief and peace.

            I am residing in Yapral Sapphire Homeswhich is an appartment where almost 15 families reside We have a three phase connection However whenever there is a power cut, the line man keeps on changing the phase everytime thus disturbing our connection provided to the Borewell for pumping water.

            This has been an ongoing process since last six to seven months and everytime there is a phase problem, the line man comes and suggests us to get the borewell phase connection change in the main board. Doing this way we are experiencing problem with the motor pump and other amenities.

            Kindly look into this at the earliest otherwise it would be escalated to the higher authorities.

              We are residing at krishna nagar, lalapet secunderabad, our service number is : v6068791. I would like to bring to your kind notice about our problems. Details as below.

              1. There is consistency in bill generation data every month. Every month the line men come as per his wish and provides the bill. Due to this being a middle class family, the number o[censored]nits are crossing some times more than 200 and bill is going upto 1200 and 1400 rupees.

              I would request you to provide some solution to avoid making excess payment to the tsspdcl

              2. Every month an average we get bill of rupees 700. For the month of march bill the category is updated as domestic ii and bill was provided of an amount of rs. 1071 for 198 units. This is happened twice for 2 to 3 service numbers. Can you please look into this and reverse back the excess amount which we paid to the electricity board.

              Slab rate will be decided based on average consumption for a Month days irrespective of No. of billed units, so that consumer will not be over charged due to Delay in Billing and category will also be decided based on average consumed units in a month days.

              Category/Customer charges will decided by Avg units consumed during month days
              Avg units consumed= (No.Of billed units/Billed days) *Month days( i.e.31 days for March)

              if Avg units <100 - category 1A
              if avg units >100 and <=200 - Category 1Bi
              if Avg units >200 - category 1Bii

                I had made double payment through credit card on my power bill on 13/12/2016 and 14/12/2016. Transaction id013996 and 057185 account service no g3003101. Amount is rupees1243. Amount credited in appowerdesk account. Had complained twice online with complaint no cc[protected]and cc[protected]. They sent sms saying complaint was resolved but have not received any adjustment of amount till now. I have credit card statement supporting the transaction.

                The extra paid amount is present as credit balance to your service. This will not be reflected in your electricity bill or in website. As of now your service is having Rs.1231/- as credit balance so you can make part payment by deducting Rs.1231/- from your next month's bill amount as soon it gets generated before the data is uploaded online using billdesk by manually entering due amount or else you can pay the balance amount at Sultan Bazar ERO on any working or at TSSPDCL bill counter after 20th but before due date or else additional charges may be imposed.

                    We have been living in Camelot layout, Kondapur for the past 3 years as a tenant. Our electricity bills have off late increased to unexpected level. We neither have AC nor use heavy electrical appliances.

                    I have been trying to call TSSPDCL with the numbers given on their website which are either not working or unattended.

                    We cannot keep donating money to the govt. this way despite of being a timely tax payer and honest.

                    Whom should I escalate this matter and what action should I take about this?

                    Also hope someone responsible gets to see this message and responds positively.

                      In our street (Hno: 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 ...etc Shivaji Nagar, Manikonda-500089) the power supply is very low.In our homes electrical motors and other electrical gadgets are not proper working.Due to insufficient voltage we are in immense trouble in this hot summer.Please correct this low voltage problem.And the power supply is always fluctuating and due to this problem the all electrical and Electronic gadgets are in severe danger. We are facing this problems from more then one year. And we are having single phase only. After 6 PM we are having around 180 V.

They rectified the fuse on 31st march after roaming here and there.I want compensation on tgis issue .Clear me.                             Am kalpana, my mother staying at mulugu, Warangal district. She is un educated person and daily wager. service no;[protected].we are suffering with electricity bill from last April. we have one fan and one light.We got huge amount of electricity bill from last April. but we thought that was at time of 2 or 3 months bill. On 8th month we got 3144rs suddenly.so went to office and check with them. they have said meter was in grade -II status. But we dnt no about that problems occurring in meter. billing person also has not informed to my mother. He has billing on same reading for nearly 9 months. Where in the office they said if you pay the amount of 3144rs then after it will come regular bill. so we paid the amount of 3144rs.i called continuously for one month to A, E dev singh([protected]).SO after one month of bill payment they have changed the meter. They said bill will come as regular.but in the month of February the bill was 2700rs.i enquire again and again with A.E AND I told my problem but he did not care about this. I contact to linemen kumar[protected] also he said you have to pay bill.so my mother paid 600 rs from that 2700rs.but alougth they cut my power connection on 24 th march. now again I called to Srinivas([protected]) and A.E and kumar no one is not responding.who have done the mistake. who will pay the bill un necessarily. who have use the current.
                            1) why the person not informed the problem at first time.
                            2) how he can make bill with same reading for 9 months
                            3)after recovery of meter bill was not cleared why.
                            4)why the people have not registered that meter has changed.
                            5)how it will come that much amount for 1 fan and 1bulb
                            6) who will pay this amount.
                            7)as per which rule we will pay the un used bill.
                            8) who will clear the problem.9)what they want except salary.
                            10) they said after the payment of 3144rs it will bifurcate for each month from april they said but not happedned why.
                            11) how it will come 2700rs for one month please do favour.

                                We facing the power cuts in mid night today[protected] from 1am no one has responding from electricity dept.frequently
                                We are getting problems and power cut for only one line another line getting power with out cuts when trying to call electricity they never recevice the phone and engaged and they will collect bill correctly there is any delay in bill paying they will cut the power connection please solve the problem
                                And frequently we getting problem only for our line

                                  I was changed my meter recntly i am geeting too uich bill like 1000 tp 1200 etc.before dis new meter i was got bill only 200 to 400 it is maximum bill so please kindly come and check my meter and bills etc..other wise i ll put case on dis isuue in consumer .because i am having only 2 fans and 2 tube lights and tv nothing is more then this equipments .so please kindly come to below shown adress and my usc no is[protected] and adress is

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    As there was a problem in my Power Bill, i lodged a complaint through this on 17/03/2017. To my surprise, within few seconds i received a call from mobile no.[protected], asking me about the details of my consumer no., bill details, my problem etc., . later that person asked me how i have paid my earlier months bills..and i told i paid by Debit Card, then he asked me about card details such as card no. CVV etc., Then i got doubt and asked him who he was. Immediately he switched off the call.

                                    From this i could understand that your TSPDCL complaints site is hacked. If i would have been not alert, it would have been a costly mistake for me.
                                    So, i am bringing this to your kind attention. Please see that necessary are taken, so that the site is not hacked. So that customers as well as company will not be at loss.

                                      My house electricity bilk is varying vastly every month though usage is level is almost same.
                                      Some times I get 180 and some months I get 600-800.
                                      This month is tried to understand it and found suspicious item in the bill.

                                      In march -2017 bill dated 04/03/2017, there is amount of 215.00 as "AFTER 01-04-16". what is this charge? Note that till now all bills are paid ontime and nothing pending.

                                        NAME : B.M.SRINIVASA PRASAD

                                        I am paying my power/current bills regularly. Generally i get Rs 800-1500 monthly bill.
                                        But on 6th March, the person who generates the bill and came and generated bill wrongly by oversight and took away the bill and told me that he will give new bill. But today morning i received SMS saying that i have to pay Rs 7661/-.
                                        TSSPDCL neither gave me the bill nor anybody told me. They have to give me opening and closing metre reading, which was not given to me. How xan i pay such huge amount.

                                        Please help me in resolving the problem.
