Hi team, I have paid the electricity bill generated for november month twice. Once it was paid using hdfc standing instruction option and second time using phonepe wallet for the usc number[protected]. This was done accidentally from my end without my notice. And I am charged per unit Rs 5 in both these bill.

Even though consumed units is less 200 why Category is 1 B2? and charged at Rs 5?
