Hi,

I have paid elex bill via "billdesk", money got deducted from my bank account but the status of bill payment had shown error. As bill is still showing as "not paid".

Sent mail thrice to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com but no response received yet.

Can tsspdcl please confirm on this bill payment or refund the amount so that i can pay again.

Updated by Praveentripathi007 Even though TSSPDCL should show some responsibility for payment failure management/tracking and on failure at-least should provide the payment status proactively to the consumer contact information, TSSPDCL has just provided Gateway point of contacts.

I reached out to BillDesk team and got to know they are initiating refund process and it might take 5-7 working days to complete this process.
