Dear team,
1. I have received electricity bill with wrong allocation of category of slab. Units consumed were 182 units for which slab was supposed to domestic category 1b (I) which is upto 200 units but july bill was taken under category 1b (Ii) which consumes more than 200 units. When we questioned about this, we got a response that a consumer who consumed more than 200 units in any one previous month will be considered in category 1b (Ii) from the next months even if that consumer consumes less than 200 units in subsequent months. How it is possible and correct? Do we need to pay the bill for the units which we have not consumed and that too with the higher slab rates?
2. More over i observe the amount mentioned in the physical bill in the total due field is different from the bill amount field in the tsspdcl bill desk web portal that should be paid and that field is not editable. I have observed this change in last month bill also.in principle, the amount mentioned in the physical bill in the total due field should be visible in the portal and it should be paid. Total due is the amount that is taken in to consideration after arrears but in web portal the amount shown is net amount in which arrears were not considered. Due to this, we are forced to pay higher amount and for that gst will also added. What is happening in tsspdcl telangana state? No body is properly responsible and accountable. Telangana state is boasting 24 hours power supply but in reality minimum 10 to 15 times power cuts per day till date in our area. We are paying our hard earned money each penny in form taxes be it municipal or electricity or income tax etc and nobody is held responsible for that and our taxes were distributed like prasadam in the name of bloody schemes and b#t rather they should invest them in development.
Dear higher authorities kindly wake up and take action on these asap. Already we are in a state of mind that we are working hard to earn money for feeding you people and nor for us and for our families? When can you stop pretending that you are not understanding and not aware of this.
Dear consumers please wakeup... Was this information helpful? |
