[Resolved] Telebuy — Delivered Defective Table mate | |||
I here by copying my email conversation with telebuy Customer care, Haskar kappoor <[protected]@gmail.com> 10:19 AM (1 hour ago) to care I have bought a table mate from telebuy. The first day itself i have noticed it defective and not stable. So I called the distributor and he assured it will replace, but after that there was no response from his side.So I called customer care no filed a complaint with the complaint no :[protected], but there was no response at all. Now the product become worser and cracks are appearing. The customer services I have experienced from Telebuy is very bad and disappointing. Now always I am getting calls from telebuy offering one more Table mate, when istart to tell about the condition of old table mate the representatives will cut the call suddenly. So I have fed up with telebuy service. So I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible.
