[Resolved] Telebuy — FAULTY SCREEN | |||
Dear Sir This is with reference to the product Orbitek Elite purchased on 1 sept the screen was found faulty on 5 sept and a complaint was registred on 11 sept . After repeated of reminder calls the customer care told us to courrier the faulty screen on 6th oct, which we did 7th october . On 17 october they sent the courrier and we find that it is the same defective peice. The handlers of the calls were Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Dilip Mr. Vivek where we got quite vauge answers.
