[Resolved] Telebuy.in / RP Telebuy Skyshop — Damaged product, cheated and asking to submit back product on my cost | |||||

Docket no : c71697868 http://www.tbuy.in/dash-cam i could see the advisement in television on telebuy and unfortunately, i liked the car dashboard camera and ordered one item without much looking into the reviews about the tbuy.in i called them and asked for the brand name of product and they said some italian company name, and they said that it is a new product. I did a credit card payment of 2000 rs, i could identify that these guys are big time cheaters when i found the same product in 1000 rs in another site. Worst part is that the product was damaged as attached and the sd card not working which made me too much upset, i called them back to report and they are saying to sent it back in courier, they will check and replace back. I have to again pay around 300 rs for courier back, i didn't intent to get any decency from them and from many reviews i could find that they will again replace back with one or other damaged ones, they are big time cheaters.. I lost my money, learned a lesson not to buy from tv ads.. I can buy from sites like amazon where i can replace easily without any hidden rules. Its just a simple can which might cost 20/1 of the cost on which they are selling and atleast that product they cannot give in a minimal quality... Was this information helpful? | |||||
