I have bought rock jim machine thru tlebuy and delivered thrurp telebuy sky shop pvt ltd hyderabad wide tax invoice no2017-18/tl/b2c/00001/16573dt.[protected] and which is not working. Spring was loosed and pedestral wire is cut. Pl lodge my complaint and send immly representative and replace. The photographs are attached for your reference.
