Sir, Complaint TicketID of www.mobikwik.com : 83001 Email: sameer.[protected]@gmail.com Cell: [protected] Category: Recharge Issue: I have recharged my mobile number for Rs XXX. But, I have not received my recharge and I have also not received any recharge confirmation. The amount has also been debited from my MobiKwik balance Transaction ID: [protected] Phone No.: [protected] Amount: 300.0 Email: sameer.[protected]@gmail.com Sir/Madam In my subject complaint I get SMS from you that "Dear Consumer, Your ticket about the recharge dispute has now been resolved. We have confirmed from your operator this transaction was successful. Thanks," But from Operator i got sms is "Sorry your bill pay request of Rs 300 cannot proceed at this time" From that i found that during recharge by mistake type of connection selected postpaid in staid of Prepaid.
