Sir, i have recharged my telenor mobile no [protected] amount of 300 on 18/02/2017 by the telenor app two times. But the trasiction was failed. And the amount of 255 deducted by my bank account twice. And neither i had recieve any talk time nor my balance. And i had made call so many times at telenor customer care and they were unable to understand my problem and they were unable to help me. So what should i do ? So please help me sir. I have requested 4 times from customer care number (121) to provide the internet settings in my mobile. I have Mobile Micromax canvas Viva A72. please help me to provide the same at the earliest. thanking you..

mene kal ap ke call center main call kiya lekin jo ap ke csa the unhone mujhe gali di aur baat ye hi nahi vo aj subha se mujhe call kar ke abused kar rhe hai jiss no se call a rhi hai vo no ye hai [protected] ok toh main ap se ye help chahta hu ki esi call mujhe na aye mera no ye hai [protected]
