Whoever concerned, I have been visiting the office of temple rose real estate for the last 7 years. also called them up. they just say that na has not been done and will be done in a months time. as nothing has been done by them for so long and also they have not compensated me with any kind, i feel i am cheated by investing in their dreamland phase i project. I had invested in it 7 years back. not only they have not made it na, they have also not given me possession or any compensation. Regretting now. I am going through cheque bounce issue of Temple rose, I have sent a legal notice to them and i am awaiting for their revert.
One of my friend also invested in the plots post my advise and he also is facing same issue.
He filed a complain and got some money but they are not giving any commitment on payment.
You have correctly said we should unite and take action against them.

I also been cheated by Temple Rose, i have bought piece of land in 2013 at Rose city, purandar however no quaterly payment is done and no progress at site, when i tried to call sales rep srikanth jaiswal he is not responding, Guys let get unite and raise complain against them...

all customers of temple rose have formed a association and all the required documents are collected
form individual customers. At present more than 1000 people have come forward and joined the
association. then a formal case of cheating and fraud will be filed by a reputed lawyer. address where
u can submit ur documents and join the association is given below. Take a photocopy of all ur documents
from temple rose, aadhar card, pan card photocopy, and 4 passport photo of the applicant. u have to
personally go and submit the documents as people working there r temple rose customers who have
volunteered for taking up the matter ahead. no courier or post will be entertained.
Pansoft india LTD, headvkar wadi no 3, near jai gopal industrial estate, bhavani shankar cross road,
dadar west, mumbai, maharashtra.

We will never be able to solve our such issues easily.
Since busy schedules we don't have time to look on our problems.
We are not bothered of others problem.

I have also invested Money in Temple rose city Phase 1, however i have made my payments in Installments, I have been told that the project will receive NA status in Jan 2017.
Initially we i did the investment in 2012/13 they had advised that the NA should be done by 2015 and the Project should be completed by 2017, however little has been done and i am worried as this seems to be a fraud organisation.
Can we all not get together and take some legal action before it is too late.
Currently i have stopped my payments since last 8 to 10 months and i have informed them that they need to show me some progress in this project.
Please get back and now i am getting really worried about my investment.
